#Andertons #Fender #NAMM2020 - Hudba
Lee has gotten so good at playing!!! You can hear him putting feelings into his playing
seeing his chops improve over the years has been pretty cool.
Marco Moroni yeah bruh, was thinking the same. Dudes got some soul in there
Chappers was/is all about his style of music...... he could tone it down for a demo (and hell yeah, he can play).... I just think it wasn't Lee's thing.... and now we have Pete, Lee just seems to blossom... he is better than he thinks he is, I'm sure of that (thanks Pete....)
I agree 100%! He really knows how to bring the best of the guitars out in the demos too.
Lee is not a good guitar player. Lee is an amazing salesman. Which is why Pete is in da house. Pete is an amazing guitar player. Like a really really good one, Pete...is a real guitar player.
Life goal: loop as well as this man.
Also, it's like these Acoustasonics bring out the best in Pete when it comes to loops.
#GetPeteAPurpleAcoustasonic 😉
@@andertons with the tone knob lol
You have not seen the PRS Super Eagle II video me thinks
What's the loop pedal he's using?
Lee: "So authentic."
Pete: "What? What's the word?"
Lee: "I didn't say it....."
yea you can say that
I can't wait to see the times when these'll be 'vintage' and I'll say I was there when they first came out
Need to do a head to head comparison between the Acoustasonic Tele and Strat.
Daivd Mercer absolutely! Good idea
Yes ! Would love to hear Acoustasonic Tele & Strat comparison ! ! !
I'll never understand why an almost 2 Grand Guitar doesn't come with a Hardcase!
Fender Tweed Cases are roughly 100-120 Quid, that Deluxe Soft Case is around 60-80 Quid.
So Fender could easily include a Hardcase with these, they could just add 50 Quid to the price and it would make more sense.
Yep! More like $2.5 to $3k. Andertons can no longer help themselves. Expensive toys, or nothing! Lee learns to play, and became a gear head.
Seeing as it is Fender, what ever the question is, the answer is 'to save money'. However, plenty of people do end up with 4 or 5 hard cases, keep the guitars on stands and only ever use case at a time.
I get what you're saying but a lot of people use sturdy gig bags instead of cases so maybe that's why
@@nickhalewijn5668 The new padded leather Gibson gig bags are pretty good, almost as good as hard shell cases as far as protection goes. You can't beat a good hard case, though. Luckily I don't transport my guitar that often so the padded bags are more than good enough for me.
Regular nylon gig bags are more or less useless.
@@chrisofnottingham save money how? the price for these vs labor and materials is ridiculous. you're paying for the name. what, you think a guy who has been making guitars in the USA for 20 years is better at his job than a guy in Korea or even China for 20 years? That's naive. The technology of a guitar is simple and hasn't changed nearly at all over the last 70+ years.
Nice to see how much the Captain's playing has improved over the years.
Omg, Pete's face when he thought Lee was doing Purple Rain, lmao
I like the fact that you do heads-up things like giving us a quick a/b 24:00, and switching between amp types as well as models. That is exactly the kind of thing that I would want to do in the store. These are always great reviews to watch.
Pete can make someone cry from his playing
Danish Pete can play so many styles so well...he's the best thing to happen to this channel...that and the interviews by Lee with great guitarists. They've both stepped up the game on youtube.
Great guitars, great playing! I´d love to see the other side of the room in one of the next videos.
Awesome demo guys! Thanks. Great sounds and now I want one.
Wonderful intro piece guys! Sweet serene loops.
Some tasty chops in that intro Captain 😎 another great loop by Pete!
Brilliant concept! great jamming (as usual)
i bought a fender acostasonic strat and LOVE it, this video sinched it for me, never look back folks, take a chance and enjoy life!
I came for Danish Pete
I stayed for Danish Pete.
Hey, what you do in your spare time is up to you, but I think he's married
@@AndrewPRoberts Damn it and I thought my comment was good.
Love the way Pete gets the Purple Rain lick into nearly every video!
I like the videos with Pete and Lee best. Music, vibe...relaxed and a joy to listen to.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this in the comments but The tele model from 2019 does the same thing with the blending knob as this model. So 10 guitars on the tele as well. In fact same models except for the electric being a tele and not a strat. This includes the position 1: A: tele clean , B: fender fat. Thanks for the great video as usual. Very informative!
After last year's loop I thought there will never be anything like that but here he's again. Absolutely beautiful.
Well done! Great jams and good product details. Cheers Andertons
Glad you enjoyed the video! - Thanks for tuning in
That dude has some serious guitar chord changes and feels going on there 🙌🏾
Great work guys!!
Pete you slappy slap slap guy, Great jam, Great sounding guitar, great video as always. Hope NAMM is going well.
Thrilling tech and design development!! And of course, Pete just SLAYS!
Here we go again! Beautiful guitars, no surprise that Fender have released this, given the crazy popularity of the Tele Acoustasonics. Apparently there are plenty of people happy to shell out two grand for one. 🔥🔥🔥🎸🎸🎸
Its a $1,000 guitar, nowhere near worth $2,000. Try a Ovation VXT first.
@@Cycloneshockey94 Yeah....not the same at all.
CZcams Experts: Too expensive, will never sell
Fender/Retailers: Sorry, sold out
I think I want one of these. Just watched the intro again simply to listen to the opening jam, lovely!
Petes face when lee almost starts the purple rain lick lololol
Man this is some serious stuff ...appreciate your work man
Again some “creative juice” of Danish Pete, great man 👌
I have one of the Teles. It’s an odd guitar, doesn’t sound anywhere near as good plugged in as my Maton and I find the electric sound a bit thin but it just feels so nice to play. Light, comfortable and the neck is lovely. One thing is that it is super amp picky. Through my AER it sounds gorgeous but through my teacher’s Roland AC33 it’s very disappointing.
I think people saying just buy an electric and an acoustic instead are missing the point. Most people who buy these already have 5+ guitars and just want something different.
I had just watched Paul Davids' video of these guitars. He got a black one. He also made an amazing loop with it. So, I was hoping that Pete we would get to see Pete with one of these soon. I was not disappointed. The thing I noticed about Paul's video and this one is that everyone playing them has the largest grins on their faces. The guitar might not be perfect, but everyone that I've seen playing them seems to find something that makes them smile when playing it.
Absolutely sold on these acoustasonic guitars. The versatility speaks for itself. As both an acoustic and electric player, I'd love to have one in my collection...
Pete is an absolute wizard on these loops. My goodness. And the Captain? Your skill improves in every video. Well done. If you're ever in the states, swing by Louisiana. We Fontenot's and Honore's are related out here, so come on by cousin...
Maaaaaan. That opening jam is so good. Almost woke the neighbors this morning jamming out to that intro.
Pete,
I built an Acoustisonic Tele last spring. Put a Pizo pickup under the acoustic bridge with an acoustic pre-amp hiding inside the body. The electric pickup is a Seymour Duncan Little 59, a push-pull tone knob that can split the mini humbucker to a single coil. It has a 3 way switch to select either or both pickups, a Vol & Tone knob. I run #10 electric strings.
I took it to a music store here in Canada, & compared it with the Fender American Acoustasonic Telecaster they had in stock. I was very pleased with the way it turned out. Only 1 acoustic soun, which I set the pre-amp EQ to sound like a dreadnought.
And I have a Tone knob!
Finally something new that's actually good in the acoustic world , love it . hats off to Fender , Alfred Puerto Rico / New York .
Fantastic guitar! Sounds amazing.
I bought one of these from Andertons and arrived last week, I have a few guitars Blueridge acoustic and custom tele electric being the main goto ones, my main reason for buying was the versatility and to have a guitar that can travel with me, a companion, easy to pick up and inspirational, out of the box the play-ability and build quality is fabulous, and recording delivers stunning results, so a great addition and rather than replace the others it carves out a new space.
Love this jam ... great sound, great guitar, great player!
this is the best , Pete nails it perfect ! Andertons should give him one for FREE !
The Andertons crew is so good at getting incredible tones. You guys could make a cardboard box and pignose amp sound like a custom shop guitar and boutique amp.
Wow! Amazing guitar! Hoping one soon
Thank God its just Captain and Pete on this video and absolutely no sign of the guys from Fender doing the demo :)
I hope Fender showers you guys with goodies for all the damn guitars you sell for them :)
Yes he absolutely can! Marvelous jam, Pete!
That closing jam is epic; awesome loop.
5:38 "Can't see the line, can you, Russ?"
Well played
I would love to see a vid comparing the Acoustasonics directly against the actual acoustics they are modeled after. Just mic the acoustics and run the acoustasonics through amps.
Wow...love the designs!!
Fender needs to make this wonderful danish man a purple acoustasonic tele, and ship it to him. 😂
They do sound really good. I think the AER helps! Here’s a thought. How about an episode where Pete talks us through his guitar collection. I bet there are loads of stories for each one he’s used, and a few we don’t get to see maybe?
wow, sounds just sooo nice and makes so much sense!
That purple rain homage at the end 🤟
HHAHA I SWEAR ! as SOON as i listened to the progression , i knew the purple rain melody will come ! Great playing and feeling
I really need to get my hands on one of these. It sounds perfect for many of my needs.
There is one HUGE difference between last years vid and this one. The Caps skill level! Keep killin it Cap. Pete just stays Pete and amazing.
lol words cannot describe Danish Pete. thanks for the always fresh riffs and humor
Pretty cool and nice playing by both of you.
I wanted to watch the whole video... But I had to repeat the intro like 10 times before I could cause that intro was so... Magical
Thanks for the demo
Nice. That sounds smooth
Disappointed to not hear this into a metal zone
By "metal zone", you do mean the Korg Miku, correct?
@@spigotface boss mt-2
Phil McCrackin Disappointed to not hear in the acoustic guitar mode myself.
spigotface oozes o
Petite Étrille oo
i just got one still learning this beast love it
All I can say is.... fantastic playing and it really does show if you can play well - any guitar will sound amazing. Credit to the player here.
Lee need to have an award on his consistency in terms of improvement in playing.
As with the Tele, it embodies so many things I'm naturally inclined to dislike. But it's been done so well I just cave in and love it. In particular, hats off for the fact that it just has those selected options and not a choice-paralysis-inducing app
Great solo at the start Lee! Pete goes without saying!
That’s it I don’t want one but I need one! Excellent intro jam.
Time to put Paul Davids and Pete in the studio together. 🤘
Scrolled up when I heard the sound of soulful thoughtful playing, and it was the Captain...
Pete, the way you play...I can't explain it. So good. Cap, not so bad yourself!
Seems like a great acoustic sound. I am impressed.
Magic intro :)
I just keep coming back to listen to the opening jam.
GOOOOOOODDDDDD INTRO!! ♥ ♥ ♥
OMG it's a Strato-ma-thingy! I didn't read the title, then I audibly gasped when the blur unblurred. I think I prefer this new one.
I think we all gasped a bit when the video unblurred... 😉
@@andertons 😂😂 to be fair we all gasp when we see Pete!
Sounds amazing.
Thanks, awesome review. Ya, I did not need the Tele version but this on is spot on. Agree the tone knob would be nice, but .... It is still goodness.
Pete good sir just awesome and the captain is killing it now
Can Danish Pet- ? Whatever the question is, YES.
Can Danish Pete sneak Purple Rain into any jam?
Reminds of an old fender stratacoustic guitar that i started out on.
Absolutely Beautiful playing. 1love
That absolutely blows my mind!!!
Its soooooo beautiful. I'm saving up right know
I keep coming back to hear the intro.jam!
The best acoustic guitar pickup to me is the Maton AP5 Pro. It has such a natural and big sound and brings out the best sound of your acoustic guitar. Maton is an Australian brand and have been playing them for years! Much love from Australia
This makes me happy :)
Everyone talking about the intro but the outro was great also.
I would really love the tele version to have a few more tele sounds and maybe just two acoustic sounds but overall am very impressed with both. Great sounds; look like a blast to play.
Great intro.pete looked pretty comfortable.
I like these and if I Could afford it id buy, but wondering how music man does the piezo could they do something like that to where you could still get the acoustic sounds but switch back into an actual electric guitar sound, i saw a review that says the pickup in this guitar works but it sounds like a guitar strung with acoustic strings. IDK if that made sense on here and i guess can't word it properly.
Awesome!!
These are incredible. I currently play a BMG Rhapsody - our duo uses acoustic instruments but played loud and fast in an electric style, so the Rhapsody is perfect because it's the closest thing you could get to an electric whilst still being acoustic... at least I thought it was until I saw this. I beef it up by putting it through a Boss AC10, but with the Acoustasonic it's all built-in. Very impressive.
Seem like the mids have been scooped on the electric side. Like a John Mayer strat. Pretty nice.
That end jam is soooo cool
Hi Lee and gang! Another great video. I'd love to see a shootout between a stock PRS SE Custom 24 and one upgraded with a MannMade 2000NOS Vibrato Bridge and another upgraded with a Wudtone PRS DD Tremolo. Perhaps also locking tuners and a bone nut upgrade too.
Please fender release a lefty model. I'm dying to give you my money! Seriously, take it!
I wanna see how this feedbacks with a fuzz or distortion!
yeah imma need a full song of that intro.
