The Carehome hours according to that slip is 60 per week, while NHS is 37.5.
If you do bank shifts on those extra hours, the salary will be the same.

But the rates in carehome is constant whether you doing day,night or weekends, unlike nhs...actually if you work more nights and weekends in nhs you'll realise nhs salary is almost the same as carehome

I disagree. I used to work only night at NHS, but there's a huge difference with being in care home

If you want to compare pay slips, compare similar hours.if a person in the care home works 37.5 hours just like the one in NHS, then her salary would be 3000 per month before deductions. So where is the difference?
You cannot compare your 37.5 hours per week and 60 hours oer week bwana. Be realistic

You forget the privileges that come with NHS..which carehome can sponsor your further studies?which care home can pay you when you are on sick leave?NHS has so many advantages and privileges that no care home can give...you'll earn more in a care home but you'll have been used to the core...kazi ya punda huko.
