Buses & Trains at Leicester | June 2024

A look at buses and trains in and around Leicester city centre after the arrival of even more Wright Electroliner EV double deckers with both First and Arriva. The Gemini 2006 order of VDL double deckers for Arriva were down to just two examples by the end of the month.

You should get to the other side of city centre. For those buses that don’t go in to centre. Try looking at 40s Orbital buses that go all around the outside of centre.
The orbital go to Glenfield hospital, Beaumont Leys centre, Fosse Park, General Hospital. You get few buses up that end. Great videos.

Great to see how much Leicester buses are shifting to electric power, seems like they could be 100% zero emission by 2029!
