i think that mark's Brother will grow up fast, but then stop at a certain point. I seem to remember Nolan saying something about that; that Viltumites age normally as they are young, then when they start getting into adulthood their aging slows drastically. So Mark will essentially look 18 for decades and look in his 20's for Centuries or even Millennia. so with that in mind his brother might grow up fast, but as he reaches his teens he might start to slow his aging. He might not have the tens of thousands of years that Mark might have but maybe a few thousand at the least. I don't know I haven't read any of the comics. It's just what I think would make sense based on what Nolan has said.

For the age range of the child, mark will live for 1000s of years bc human and viltrumite dna are basically the same as Nolan explain, mark is essentially nearly pure blooded viltrumite. So depends on how the dna mixes and matches/meshes with the bug dna. I think it's essentially wolverine healing and slows down after a long while but for aging. He'll grow up fast reach maturity then slow.

I know Cecil seems like an asshole but you got to see it from his point of view. Mark told him he would follow all his orders and he disobeyed a direct order and disappeared For 2 Months. And during that time the Guardians got there ass kicked. I can totally understand his frustration and distrust of mark. Now Marks back with another Viltramite, Nolans basterd son and he's leaving him for his mom to raise. And given everything Nolan put Debbie through, letting her raise his kid might not be the best idea. With her Mental state she might grow to slowly resent the child and emotionally abuse. Leading to him possibly taking after his father.
