I will say, though, even if LA is hot garb, it's still NOT in Texas and that's HUGE.
SF is what is actually hot garbage. No one wants to be there. LA is much more welcoming and diverse and actually has a nightlife and good cuisines. Texas is indeed shit though!

I'll just be honest and truthful here with everybody the taxes and the rent is high in LA and it also seems like every place that they have moved to their ends up either falling apart 6 months to a year after they have moved in LA not built all that real well and plus having to deal with the earthquakes and LA internet.
