Solo cycling to Goa | Goa road trip | Pune to Goa

On my 30th Birthday, I cycled Solo from Pune to Goa without any support vehicle given a time of 48 hours covering 412 km with 30 odd hours of pedalling time.
I really pushed my limits on NH4 and NH48 highway's with my MTB and made sure I blow candles in Goa for my birthday :)

Well done, I did it last year from Wagholi till Ashwem solo bicycle ride mapping 464 kms. Though I didn't rush it and targeted 100-130 kms per day. I managed it in 3 and half days.

Wow nice. ya 100-130 seems fair enough , i was planning for the same but just had 3 days for to and fro journey. And on top of that target was to celebrate my birthday in Goa :). I feel the highway was pretty good to maintain a good speed. Cheers \m/. Keep Pedalling.

Bro any cycle is best for long distance . Just make sure your seat is at right height and you comfortable. Also if you have mountain or ghats then considering a geared one is a good option. Let me know incase you need more details 🙂

My experience was amazing 😃 I guess I should have taken 3 days to reach . You will love it and weather will be bit hot in afternoon and morning will be cold. Not sure what is the road conditions now but it was amazing when I traveled.
