Watch this 3 hour long relaxing video of a large waterfall. Some play this video to relax or for insomnia to help them sleep. Nature sounds like this river, waterfall, ocean waves, rain, thunder, and lightning help lullaby you into deep relaxation. . A waterfall produces a calming noise similar to white noise. White noise also masks ear ringing (aka tinnitus ).
Filmed at the upper McKenzie River; Willamette National Forest, Cascade Mountains Oregon in 2010 using a Canon HV30 camcorder and Zoom H1 stereo microphone.

A lot of people don't have that luxury to do. Others sleep to the sound, and you wanna sleep in your bed don't you?

What about people that dont live in a mountainous region?
What about people with ASMR like myself who dont really fancy camping out every night when I can fall asleep to the relaxing sounds in bed?
What about people who are physically/mentally handicapped that unfortunately are unable to do so?
What about people who use these videos for meditation/studying?
What if people dont want to go into the mountains?
What if you minded your own business?
What about people that are too young or old to hike to such places?
What if the weather is too cold?
What if the weather is too stormy?
What if people got injured on the way to the mountains?
What if people get attacked by wild animals on the way to the mountains?
What if people didnt have access to travel to the mountains?
What about people who are blind who wouldnt be able to see the waterfall when they got there?
What if people got lost on the way into the mountains?
What if you cant get the time off work to go into the mountains?
What if you didnt like the waterfall when you got there compared to the array of waterfall videos we have access to on youtube?
What if you got to the mountains and realised you left the oven on back at home?
What if you have family committments?
List goes on and on...
