Video Idea:
Create a new club and start them in League 2, you can sign 1 reserve player from each PL team at the start of season 1, and in League 1, you can sign any other reserves, when you get in the championship, you can only sign bench playerz from any team in the world, and when you reach the prem, you are not allowed to buy anyone that is a starter, only bench players. Using the scouts and academy is allowed.

You can't sign pl players from league two, but you can loan to buy them.

The club is purely depended on its youth academy
And there are some great talents in the club as well
Last season they got promoted to the first division after a long time
