Decided to do a simple cleaning while I have down time with waiting for the title. Cleaning and removing paint costs me little to nothing and if anything adds value to the vehicle if I had to sell it

i would try lacquer thinner on all the overspray. Just don't let it sit on there for too long. Lightly rub the overspray with a saturated lacquer thinner towel. Should come right off.

If it is leather try using Acetone to remove the paint off the seats but do it in small sections let it soak a bit and use a towel to wipe off the soften paint

Use some purple clean degreaser and a soft brush for the seats bro. That will do the job 👍🏼
