전원주택 신축은 조심해야됩니다. 업자들이 대충 있어 보이게 싸구려 자재로 지은 집들이 대부분이죠. 직접 사실 집이면 건축가 섭외하고 디자인 받아서 최고급 자재로 지어도 저 돈이면 남습니다.
@황책임 집 지을때 직접 자재하나하나 사러다녔어요.
그러다보니 건설사가 중간에 참 많이 남긴다는거 알았습니다
건설사 입장에석 직접 사오는게 못마땅하겠지만

저도 동의해요. 날림집이라고하죠. 그냥 팔려고 겉만 번듯하게 만든 집이요. 진짜 좋은 집 만들려면 저 스스로 많이 배우고 알아야하더라구요. 어렵죠...ㅜ
외국인들이 상대적으로 일대충하는게 잘 없어요 외국인 고용하면됩니다
몇가지 마감재료는 거슬리지만 전체적인 공간구성이 훌륭하네요. 심플하고 우아해서 기분좋은 집입니다. 보조주방에서 세탁기옆에서 밖으로 나가는 도어가 있고 그쪽에서 키친쪽으로도 돌아 올 수 있으면 더 효율적일듯 동선이 될듯해요.

Hi! Wonderful place! If I came to South Korea tomorrow, I'd love to have this house. Spaces neither very small nor very large. Well-finished. Lots of light. Proportional rooms. Harmonious rooms. Harmonious house, in a dreamscape. The windows are generous, receiving a lot of light through them, as I like them. The terraces are so welcome. That pine is so beautiful. The most attractive spaces, I found the wooden staircase, with that color of honey. The room on the first floor, next to the stairs. It can be a home that you feels happy. Thank you! Be happy! 💜

레이아웃이 훌륭하다... 한국 집들 지어논 거 보면 비싸기만 비싸고 진짜 의문을 가지게 만들 정도로 레이아웃 이상하게 해놓은 집들 많은데 거실도 그렇고 주방도 그렇고 레이아웃 잘 해놨네..

분당에서 광주 전원주택으로 이사가려고 알아보고 있는데 3~5년된 전원주택들은 10억 넘는게 없는데 너무 비싼거 아닌가요?
구조 짱!! 구조 정말 잘 뽑았네요...
여기 다른 분이 촬영하신거 봤는데 14억 5천이더라구요. 2층 멀티룸을 원하시면 주방으로 바꿀수 있다는데 바꿔서 사용하면 좋을것 같고 2층 테라스가 좋아보이네요

I'll answer the second question because the gas stove is in the laundry room. It's just to keep it from spreading around the house when you cook smelly food

So there is no oven...do you have listings that there is one as part of the kitchen?
@@danahess1974 It varies from house to house, but if you look at the houses I live in and the houses around me, the oven is usually an option, and maybe there's no oven there, depending on the landlord's preference
@@danahess1974 i think the kitchen has a small convection oven. koreans dont use ovens a lot unlike, for ex, americans. Instead, koreans use many fridges (regular fridge, kimchi fridge, etc) and prefer a separate grilling space for fish / smelly food.

Have worked as cook, and then chef, in restaurants here for over 20 years. Really want a kitchen with all full size appliances in it..and oven is very important to me. Would prefer it have true convection as well..but am not picky.

Yes. I don't know why, but.. many expensive houses have second kitchen inside laundry room.
Because it is to cook smelly dishes such as fish or stew in a separate space.

Because most korean single detached house has no basement... why? Basement is not popular in korea, because of molds and mildew, super cold during winter, and the hierarchy thinking of every korean that poor people only live in basement area..

No, there's every type of building for every type of budget. This channel just focuses on some more expensive, but beautiful ones.
Yes, for homes like this. There isn’t much land available also so homes like this are rare and very expensive. Only CEOs or really wealthy celebrities can buy a house like this. Most people live in apartments they refer to as a “house”. If you watch Return of Superman type shows where they show how actors live, they all live in apartments. Even with their salary they can’t afford something like this.

You all think all Americans are rich because you watch movies and have a warped sense of American reality. We have so many homeless people. This would be a luxury home in the U.S too.
