  • THE DOT SYSTEM
Join Mel as she talks about the Dot System for Scorekeeping and how it can help you better your scorekeeping skills.
    What's the Dot System?
The Dot System is a tool to assist Scorekeepers with ensuring accurate scoring within a game. It allows for tracking which trip a Jammer is on during a Jam, providing a clearer picture of what happened in that Jam.
It can also provide other information pertaining to the Jammer such as:
** When they serve penalties within, or between, Jams
** When they receive a No Earned Pass on an opposing Blocker
These notes can be useful when working to correct scoring errors or even used in Official Reviews when scoring comes into question.
The Dot System created by Nine Inch Wheels.
