In China it is best for shopping. You can shop freely without people pestering you to buy from them. There isn't any touting or pestering you to follow them. But I know a country in South Asia especially when they see a foreigner, those touting people and keep follow you and pester you to follow them and buy from them. It is very irritating and you can't even enjoy your holiday in the country and do shopping.
I am from Malaysia and have often traveled to India's major cities for work, such as Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi. The Indian people are very warm and welcoming people. Alot of them are very well educated too. Not to mention the different cuisines in different regions. Similarly, I have been to China too. I love both respect the people of both countries and would like to see both prosper and eradicate poverty.

you can get warranty if you talk to the shop owner. if anything wrong with what you bought, you can send it back, they will change or repair it for you.
But if you are a foreigner buying it, then no pt having the warranty. Which is why I usually buy phone locally.
