In this video I have shown how to make bread pakoda. This is a popular north Indian break fast. I have made this breakfast in my home garden. Potato and cucumber are from my garden.
Ingredients:
Bread 6
For stffuffing;
Potato 3 medium size
Green chilies 3 to 4
Cumin seeds/ powder 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander leaves
For batter
Gram/besan flower 2 cups
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Water
Salt
Oil to fry
