I first became a Bradley Cooper fan when he appeared on the tv series Alias and as a grad student on Inside the Actors' Studio series. His passion for acting, directing and writing is magnetic, and it doesn't surprise me that such a wonderful actress like Carey Mulligan would be attracted to working on this project even before she saw a script. I look forward to seeing Maestro later this month. I'm already hearing Oscar buzz around the film, and I'm so happy for him and his success!
I had not intended to see this film, but after this truly marvelous interview, I shall. Thank you for doing it. If Mr. Cooper and Ms. Mulligan have the kind of chemistry in the film that they exhibited in the interview, the film cannot be anything less than compelling. A huge thank you to them for sticking with this project for so long and bringing it to life. That sort of commitment to creativity and art makes me feel like the human species might be worth saving despite its hellish and soul-crushing behavior in so many parts of our world these days. So thank you again to SBIFF Cinema Society Q&A and the very insightful interviewer for sharing these two wonderful people with the rest of us.

Im a big Bernstein fan and Bradley was amazing in this.
