- Had a wonderful afternoon at the amazing Selfridges London on Oxford Street. Such an iconic building, along with iconic brands. I went for a cheeky browse of some very wonderful luxury brands, a trip to the food hall and even stopped for a glass of champagne. Why not?!

Since I've discovered your channel I've been binge-watching. I'm 64 years old and except for my 34 year old son, everyone else in my family has died. You remind me so much of my sister, who talked all the time and I loved it. We were so close, she was my best friend; I miss her dearly. You bring her back to me, and the days where we would go downtown Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. shopping, shopping, shopping 🛍!!! Then we would have a nice lunch. I will never get to London in person (as I'm disabled) but thanks to the internet, you bring London to me in all her glory. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 💘 !!!

Your vlogs are so much fun - can’t wait for the next one. Also, attempting to plan a London trip early next year. It’ll be my kids’ first trip overseas! We’re getting so excited, just hope we don’t have to cancel it. Ready for the pandemic to end and to actually get out of the house again!

We're trying to plan London for next April, but things are still so up in the air. Crossing my fingers for all of us!! 😊🤞 It will be my son's first trip to Europe (he's 17).

Watching this video makes my personal London visits come flooding back, Hannah!! The only thing missing in London this Summer/Last 18 months is the regular millions of International tourists ~ with money to spend ~ & Special memories to keep & treasure. That Vibe is still sadly missing ~ just for the current time being. The excitement of International tourists visiting London, (especially, for their first time) I find fantastic to witness. Their excitement is almost tangible. Especially, in these Luxury stores! :)

Really enjoyed this vlog Hannah, brought back some amazing memories! My sister and I used to go to a tiny cafe in Selfridges (possibly near the florists and a side entrance) where we discovered the most incredible cake which was like carrot cake but spicier with fruit and nuts (I think it was known as passion cake) No need to ever feel intimidated in beauty halls- but I think most women do. Your hair looked especially nice in this vlog. I love how confident you are about living alone and eating/drinking out alone- I enjoy this also and it is easier in larger cities like London and Paris. It's always good to see friends/family but often have to compromise on where/what to eat. I love the freedom to go wherever I want, whenever I want. Saw 'Mary Poppins' at the theatre in 2016 and loved it !!! Especially when the chimney sweep walked upside down over the top of the stage. Did Mary Poppins fly in over the audience on your visit ? I couldn't believe it when she did-such an amazing surprise! Would definitely recommend to everyone ! Thanks so much for taking us along to Selfridges, your life sounds incredibly busy at the moment so very much appreciate it 🌻

Selfridges is a beautiful building love the architect is stunning
So fun! Selfridge's can be overwhelming with choices. I love it. I really want the medium Lady Dior in matte black. It makes it a bit edgier. 🖤

Vanilla is my favorite scent for candles/diffuser. Cruise was fun one time, don't think I will ever do it again, same with organized group tours, not for me (control freak). Travelling with a group of women, no thanks, what a nightmare. One is too cold, another too hot, touch that thermostat again and live to regret it. Small pies look wonderful. It was a terrific video.

Always fun shopping with you. I LOOOOOOVE looking at sparkly shoes, too, but then my feet look up at me like 🤨 and I apologize to them for the thought and put on my comfy, supportive, sneakers (trainers). Then my feet are like 😌😘. My feet really are the boss of me. 🤣

I'm an American who was in London 2 years ago was living there for 4 months. I made several trips to Selfridges and STILL couldn't get through the whole store. If you are from out of town take my advice and START EARLY or break it up into several trips. The day flies by....don't be surprised if you eat 2-3 times while there as time will go by so quickly and next thing you know you are hungry AGAIN. Enjoy every square foot of that amazing store.

Just discovered your channel, Hannah! I'm having so much fun watching the vlogs new and old. I've been to London twice for short visits and now I feel like I'm getting to go and see what I missed without jet lag! I'm enjoying both sightseeing and shopping plus just hanging out lockdown style. You're getting me in the spirit to go shopping again here in the states. 😁

Smashing vlog, I really enjoyed it. I’m Manchester born & bred but now live on the side of a hill in Mid Wales, gorgeous place. At the time of watching this it’s 8th January 2023 & I’m sitting in front of a roaring log fire enjoying all your shopping vlogs. I had a bad accident in 2016 which has left me having too wear a boot & use crutches so shopping is really hard, I do everything online, that’s why I’m enjoying all of your videos & I don’t have to spend anything 😆😆. Thanks so much for another fun and enthusiastic tour of London retail. Frankly, I’m surprised at the somewhat lower quality of Selfridge’s Food Hall, compared with the glitz of the rest of the store. The fresh foods, particularly the vegetables and fish and bakery, seem rather ordinary and poorly displayed. Kind of a letdown. Can’t wait for your return to Fortnum’s.

I got a little vertigo watching this vlog lol , but enjoyed it. I own Chanel bags. Some I got in the late 1990’s and I sold 3 of them as they’re vintage bags now and the increase in prices were amazing. You can’t go wrong with a Chanel bag Hannah. They always rise in price. Look at it as an investment. Tip- the bags are much less expensive when actually bought in Paris than in the UK and even the USA. Also in Milan. Great fun 😊

Love Selfridges. Always try and visit the Food Hall and also Dolly’s for Cream Tea each visit. Love the sweets and magazine area also. And do like Harry Gordons too. They used to have a Champagne bar area. Thank you again for taking me back there . Nice to see the freedom where Canada still has so many restrictions. Can’t wait to get to Selfridges.
