Anders, great video. Thoroughly enjoyed and learned from it. What I still haven't found out from watching many learning videos is that after the flow is run, how to configure it so it can automatically send an email to the team with testing results. Task scheduler only runs the flows but it won't send out email with testing results of flows. Also, is there a way to run flows in sequence? Hoping to hear from you, Anders. Thank you!

Hi Jensen, i used PAD created entire automate flow, now i want to using windows schdule task manager to run the flow, and i want to this flow can be run during lock screen mode, but it doesn't work. our flow refer to run SAP scripting \ excel marco\ and some mouse and keyboard operation. do you know which area affect the flow running when lock screen ?

Hi! I found a problem when setting a schedule in the Windows task the Windows logout screen won't work, I must keep the screen login. Would you happen to have a solution to make it work? without having to keep the login. Thanks.

Dear Andreas, thank you very much for the solution with Task Scheduler - some small companies do not want to pay 37 EUR for premium connectors. Can I have two suggestions? First, I'm so happy with this solution that I can pay a tip. Please, will you add this option to your video on CZcams? Second, it is high time to organize a "real" conference for members of the "I Love Automation" group...

@andersjensenorg I have the latest version of Power Automate Desktop Version: 2.41.170.24032. Unfortunately, In the flow property details, all that shows is date created and modified. so no link to copy. Is there another way to do this please?

so this works but it asks "run flow" an external source invoked flow... Continue? so that means task scheduler wont work

Do I need a premium license to schedule it with Task Scheduler?
Not at all - you can use this "hack":
1. Create a short cut for the flow
2. Schedule a Power Shell send keys through Task Scheduler

I tried this and it didn't work, so I ran it from powershell as a single command and I am getting: "Unexpected Token 'ms-powerautomate:console/flow/run/.....' in expression or statement. I do have a premium license.

That has always been a requirement, but you can create a PowerShell script that does the job for non-premium 🙂
