That’s very cute! I enjoyed learning how the buttonhole attachment works! TFS! 🌷
@@susanmei9980 hello 👋
Aloha from Hawaii!!!🌈🌈
I made hundreds of button holes using that little attachment and also the attachment just like it that does not have templates. The length of the buttonhole was determined by adjusting a screw!! I used to make my father’s aloha shirts which he wore to work for decades!!!! Used to make several a year!!! 😀😀😀😀. Perfect buttonholes every time!!!!
A buttonhole attachment came with my Featherweight but I’ve never tried it! It looks fairly straight forward and seems to make very nice buttonholes. Looking forward to using that feature! Thanks for the tutorial.
So cute! That button holer for your machine is almost bigger than the sewing machine! Quite a charmer.
AMAZING! I have never seen anyone use their buttonholer, nor the ruffler! The engineering is just wonderful and so intricate.
These are some of the things that makes all of creation so intriguing.
Beth, that’s the tiniest Dresden plate I’ve ever seen! What great addition to your feather weight machine! Adorable. And this is the first time I’ve seen how those buttonholes works! Thank you for sharing!❤
Adorable! Now my featherweight wants one😊
Mine too!!❤
@@michellebee7528 hello 👋
Your tiny Dresden blocks are adorable. Always learning from you. Thank you for sharing.
Aw, so adorable. I don’t have a Featherweight but I do have two 99’s and think one of those would look so cute in my Tilda fabrics.
@@NiecyRose hello 👋
I have 2 featherweights and love them!! Thanks for the tutorial !
@@PearlWilliams1 hello 👋
Nostalgic memories! This looks like button hole attachment my mother had with her Singer Featherweight. It made nearly perfect button holes. 🥰
@@cece624 hello 👋
I made a tatted circle/ medallion I put under my spool. "Essie" seems to like it 😉. Thank you, Beth!!
WOW! I haven't used one of those contraptions since the 70'S! I have one tucked away with my featherweights too. Thanks for the memories. I love the Dresden Plate. I've made more quilts using that block than any other.
I've had this pattern for ages, think I'm going to bump it right up my list and make it (later) this morning. Thanks Beth
Absolutely admire this tiny Dresden spool pin plate decor. I will definitely be making one! Thanks for the great tutorial! You are the best!!
How cute is that Beth. Thank you 😊

That is my favorite buttonholes. The only one that makes reliable buttonholes.
@@kathiarledge9275 hello 👋
It is fun dressing up our 221 Featherweights. Mine ",wears" a triangle piece of crocheted lace made by my Grandma Lena in the 40's. Your tutes are always enjoyable.
@@dorothydishman4664 hello 👋
Very cute Beth. My Feathweight hasn't seen the light of day in years, I do not think it has the button hole attachment.
That is so cute on your machine!
Cute coaster for spool 😊
Beth...thank you❤

That is so cute.
Very sweet and the felted one was cute.
Another cute project 🤩
Thank you! 😊
❤❤❤
Maybe I'm remembering this wrong but I think my high school garment sewing class made button holes by just using a narrow satin stitch.
Love the dresden plate! How do I sign up for the newsletter?

So adorable!
@@karenwerts2331 hello 👋
You don’t remove the straight stitch needle plate?
No. That’s not necessary 👍
You don’t finish the back?
The pattern designer did not add a backing but mentions that. of course, you can add that if you prefer.👍
It's not a free pattern!
I just checked. I believe you can purchase...but it is also free with an email subscription. It was in a recent email to me from the featherweight shop.
@@bethshibleyquilts No ,I have an ACCOUNT there and it's not free.
@@PearlWilliams1 I appreciate your comment and did a little searching as well as a call to the featherweight shop to verify. If you sign up for the newsletter you will be able to access this pattern. Or you can call them. They were very helpful. 🙂
@@bethshibleyquilts that's great.I will try again.
