Rates wont come down.. My friend purchased a flat at 50 lakhs.. He never sells at 45 lakhs. And for 50lakhs 8% rate of intrest is 4,80,000 so next year price will be 55 lakhs.. So if u have money and if u need apartment purchase asap.. Because inflation 7% untadhi market rates every year.
