I was always told the ruthenium were pretty better the same as iridium ones but better in every way but i guess not? Would love to see lap testing of each of them to really see.

There's no way I would run a set of plugs 100k miles.
My NGK ruthenium plugs are amazing. Also, my Pulstar plugs are amazing as well.

    Is iridium or ruthenium better?
Modern engines demand more power while using less fuel, shortening the life of traditional iridium and platinum spark plugs. NGK's patented ruthenium technology stands up better to wear to bring maximum durability and performance to your engine.

Im so confused...when the firs came out it all points to Ruthenium can last longer even up to 200,000 miles than Laser Iridiums which can last upto 120,000 miles

      Here's a snippet from this article: www.jbmotorwork.com/ruthenium-spark-plugs-advantages-and-faqs/
"On one hand, ruthenium spark plugs are a cost-effective option, offering enhanced ignitability, particularly for cold starts. Their high combustion efficiency can boost your vehicle’s fuel efficiency, making them a sound choice for budget-conscious drivers. They’re pre-gapped, simplifying installation and further enhancing performance. Plus, their high melting point ensures superior heat transfer, thus improving throttle response.
However, these spark plugs aren’t free of cons. They may display inefficiency under harsh conditions, and aren’t ideally suited for high-speed or heavy-load engines. While ruthenium spark plugs are durable, they tend to be less so compared to iridium plugs, affecting their service life and overall performance and durability.
Over time, you may notice a decline in their performance, with an average lifespan of about 100,000 miles before needing replacement. Hence, while offering numerous benefits, ruthenium spark plugs may not be the best fit for all vehicles or driving conditions. Evaluate your specific requirements carefully before making a decision."
