When I started my service business, I made profit but never had money, only to realise al my money goes to operational behind the scenes expenses. Now I charge all monthly expenses on average divided into avaraga working days. Makes me a little more expensive, BUT my competitors are mostly broke/poor and I decided that, I will not be like them, If I can't have what I deserve in life, I'll rather go back to my day job.
