I have started paying extra to reduce the loan term. The extra payment is not a debit order but I make sure this same day the instalment goes off, I pay the extra amount. I email them proof and the allocate the amount. However in my app on the vehicle finance. I have not yet since the reduction of the term it is just normal term reduction. I am so frustrated
