- Balayage with Face Frame
Bold pops of light makes for great Instagram pics. This is about knowing where to place your foils, you want to create blended texture. I think this is hard. It's about pairing back your foils and getting the perfect balance of not too many and not too little. Tipping out is your friend here but also a lot of attention on the bleach application.
Depending on the desired result, combine your traditional balayage or your textured balayage and add a face frame. In this video I show you the perfect face frame foil placement. I have spent years experimenting with face framing. When done well, this can be so pretty and impactful yet super natural looking. When done wrong, it’s sososo bad, practice is key and minor adjustments depending on the hairline. If you want to be an on trend hair stylist you should have already nailed this technique.
Watch me nail a banging face frame.

I love your placement I'm a slow foiler I end up doing a lot more than I should and not charging enough I hate the price side of hairdressering but I will try your placement technique
Thanks for watching. Ive had a lot of practice over the years which has improved my speed and also mastering the foil board has helped a lot!
We always do a consult prior to starting to work out price but agree it is hard. Let me know how you go with the technique :)
