assembly of my own 3 rotor short crank rotary engine using used parts some would say are unusable #rotary #mazda #rx7 #20b #rotarylife #Mrenforcer #peripheralport #pp #styuvesant
Didn't realise you had a CZcams channel aye bro. Awesome video Good to see some info on these short cranks aye! Keen as to see more on them. Machining the centre plate/installing the brass oilers etc. Plus general build videos bro👌🏼. Maybe recorded in landscape too😂😂 I have been debating one of these for a while now
Pro's Availability of short crank parts to build a new engine Shorter overall length Con's Cost of new parts Intermediate plate can crank in boosted applications 20b Cheaper to purchase up front Stronger centre plate Will take more boost Con's Can't buy a few of the parts new any more
@@mrenforcerengineering642 thank you so much for the detailed response. It sounds like the shorter engine build will be more ideal for naturally aspirated applications
@@coreyworthington2797 probably more tbh, my 13B has been about that for a complete refresher, turbo, ecu & fuel system, 6 speed conversion & I still need to get a bunch more 😂 then people wonder why a build takes a decade or more sometimes 😅
a brand new 3 rotor pp engine like this we sell for $30k aud roughly $18k usd thats complete with intake manifold and throttle bodies fuel injectors oil pan and pick up

Peripheral ports are much more efficient than the stock after ports enlarged...
Would Like to hear the engine.
Could you explain the pros/cons of the short eccentric shaft vs the standard one?
