Putin confirmed the start of energy supplies to Pakistan, suggesting the potential for more. Often India aligns itself with the interests of the US and EU, something that is unacceptable to both Russia and China. Modi's days have also been numbered and Rahul Gandhi has already said that they will improve relations with China.
