term insurance - financially stable-not insured now
expenses - controlled as of now.
ഞാൻ ഈ resolution എടുക്കാൻ start ചെയ്തത് 2017-18 കാലത്താണ്, ഗൾഫിൽ ജോലിയെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ. ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ വളരെ relaxed ആയി early retirement എടുത്തിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇപ്പോ ഒന്ന് engaged ആയിരിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി ചെറിയ എന്തെങ്കിലും ജോലി നോക്കുന്നു. ഇവിടെ നിഖിൽ പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ തന്നെ എല്ലാവർക്കും പറ്റുന്ന ഒന്നാണിത്. ഒരു discipline സ്വയം ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഒരു പോയിന്റിൽ അധികം പേർക്കും ഫൈനാൻഷ്യലി ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുണ്ടാകും.

Nikhil, thank you so much. CZcams has a lot of influencer videos related to personal finance, and although they are informative, we don't really know how to put those things into practice
But you always present things in a very practical way in your videos and presentations. As a result of watching your videos, I felt motivated to close all my existing loans after cutting unnecessary expenses and creating a proper budget. Now i am loan free and planning to invest those EMI amounts to SIP's 🙂
