Stoneblock does have a really up to date version! FTB Stoneblock 3 is in 1.18.2 and integrates Create into the progression system! Really worth checking out.
They removed the Roost mod though and the Create stuff is very inefficient on space which can be an annoyance. The shaped crafting mechanism for example needs 18 blocks just for the items, then 3 water wheels is the most efficient power source which all need flowing water and water wheels and such.
You should do a show case on Philip's ruins. The mod add 150 new structures. And it is very well made ruins mod. It should definitely get more attention. The has 60k downloads as well.

Both are good, you usually end up falling into playing one or the other because the tech mods are so different between the two, different modder communities and such
Maybe u could do a top of short modpacks? Most of the famous modpacks need more than 100 hours to complete and i found that too much. There are no "short modpacks top" in yt yet

Better minecraft and medieval minecraft dont deserve their popularity and title as the best modpack considering… they both are the result of someone acting like an npc after finding a bunch of cool mods and just sharting them all into a modfolder with no thought. Basically a kitchen sink. Yea theres good kitchen sinks, but better mc and medieval mc just aint it 😹😹😹
@@SamuSayo modpacks like permafrost, rogue like adventures and dungeons 2, stone block 3, inferno, pretty much every ftb pack, enigmatica, greg tech, among many others… Yes, a modpack doesnt need a quest book since many do that and many dont. Freedom is fun yea. But many of these freedom modpacks that never use quest books most of the time are just unconfigured laggy glitchy clusters of mods piled together. Ive seen some modpacks that heavily overhaul the game adding many new recipes and features and actually configuring the whole thing like assigning unique ids to every item… overall, better minecraft is HELLA overrated… and it takes a while to find a good mod pack. You can find most of these in older minecraft versions, though inferno and stoneblock 3 exist for newer versions of mc too.
You may have already tried this, but have you changed the RAM allocation for minecraft when you launch with mods? For whatever reason, when the launcher is loaded through a mod program like forge, it defaults to 2GB RAM and you usually need at least 4, preferably more like 6 or 8
Can you at least say what's in the modpack and the general mod makeup? Why would you focus half the video on the number of downloads each mod pack has...
I can't use the build tool in minicolonies and i can't find what i'm doing wrong to this happen w me like, when u use the build tool to put these structures my screen just get bug like don't care what way i go or look i only see the floor xD anyone can tell me some reason for why this is happening?
I'm sorry but AOF5 is not a good modpack. The original premise of the pack was to chuck as many mods as possible into a single pack and hope for the best back when we where limited by the amount of mods available for Fabric. It misses out on so many unique Fabric mods and instead chooses to dump in useless tech mods that functionally have the same purpose. Think Modern Industrialisation, Tech Reborn, Industrial Revolution. The worst part is other modpack makers now just include these mods by default as if they should be part of every Fabric MC modpack even in packs where it makes no sense.
