I remember listening to this for the first time. It was my first exposure to lofi. I was crying that night from my homework. I was too stressed to focus, and I couldn't understand anything on the homework. I worked on it for over two hours. When I turned this on, I felt calm and composed. Here I am almost a year later, listening to that same video struggling with yet another math assignment.

When I listen to lo-fi music, I feel I am lost in another world where everything is very quiet and peaceful. This helps me reduce stress and anxiety in my daily life. I felt like I was transported back to a time in the past when everything was simple and good.

Today is my Birthday.🎉 its about 60 degrees F here in Southern Indiana. Just made brunch for myself and enjoyed it outside at my picnic table under the Sun, listening to this. Over head was an Adult Hawk teaching its young one how to Fly.

I began listening to this channel, and this playlist in particular after a toxic relationship breakup... I find myself turning to it to remind myself that this world is full of beauty and that fear is a choice..and that people are generally good rather than chronically immature. This playlist brings me back to reality in a gentle way.
This worked perfectly to calm my dogs during new year's fireworks. I have my outdoor dogs with me in my utility room and they settled down and was sleeping calmly within 10 minutes. I am here since 9pm because it has those who keep randomly setting the fireworks off but it's been about 3 hours of calm from them. The major bout of fireworks are about to go off and hopefully this works to keep them not worrying about anything else.
