My 2 cents:
1. As far as I know the Telugu film industry never showed or encouraged children as s*ual objects. So maybe film folks are still qualified to speak on the Praneeth issue.
2. Eroticizing the son-in-law/mother-in-law relationship is certainly dodgy, but it should be said that the censors of the day let it pass, so the appointed guardians of social morality failed in their duty. The filmmakers are not the only ones to blame here. But suspending the moralistic mindset for a moment, what is going on with this trope in Telugu films, and maybe only in Telugu films?
