Learnt another today...cyclin D1 stain for mitoses...keep the wonderful vids coming Jerad!
Thank you! But just to clarify, Dr. McKee was just saying that cyclinD1 tends to be expressed in melanoma not that it stains individual mitotic figures. pHH3 is the stain that highlights mitoses.
