Jaha NET qualified hone par bhi stipend/fellowship nahi milta hai, waha Ph.D. karna nahi chahiye. NET qualified berozgar shodh vidyarthiyon ko stipend/fellowship dena chahiye university ke taraf se. Central Universities aur institutions pe stipend diya jata hai sirf NET qualified hone par.

Sir, mehnat krke jaise JRF qualify bhi ho jaye toh 1 department mai 3-4 seats hoti hai vo bhi category mai divide hoti hai. And usme bhi agar ussi university ka baccha ho toh usse interview marks mai preference milta hai(this is also a harsh reality) baccho ka JRF ki validity khtm ho jati hai admission lete lete.. what to do in that situation then?
Sir meto 2 years thi phd ke liye entras exam De de kar thak chuki hu Gujarat Vidhyapith me.
Government mein toh mil nahi raha hai. Toh kuch kiya nahi ja sakta hai. Government mein nahi milne ke wajeh se 10 saal guzar jate hein. Aur tab bhi job nahi milti hai. Lekin aap bahut sahi bol rahe ho sir.

I am UGC net qualified plus i got 300 out of 400 in recent nta entrance phd exam of bhu, bbau, jnu and du. I have filled the form in DU, Bhu. I have made a research proposal on Kamala Das, her confession style with reference to 1950s of that of Sylvia Plath, Anne Sexton.
