I’ve heard the track with all the different character voices so many times now that I’ve practically memorized how it sounds down to the tiny details lol
Also the track is always really well made, the vocals sound perfect and sometimes better than the mod they came from

Me too, only thing it took me like 37 versions to realize the gunshots on AGOTI's turn were because of Hank
A way you can fix the shaky ness of the characters is by pressing 7 in the story, Freeplay, options part of the menu.
However the mod does need to support it so my recommendation is to use the extra keys mod for the pyche engine (correct me if I'm wrong) and port it to Kade engine. (This is Possible with a little bit of editing in the code)

Touch ups where the characters don’t shake as much just overall cleaner and this would be perfect! Also what’s wrong with retro? Got the CCTV treatment
i suggest adding more characters to the final 4 turns of the song on the right side. Maybe use characters that you didn’t use(like Tord, Taki, etc.) there so everyone gets a chance to sing.

When I played the Mickey mod when I did free play onto the last and final song, I got super creeped out because of how Mickey turned at the end
if the mod does release when 40 join the ring, maybe make it so that both sides have 20 players each, just seems fair

Suggestion: Try adding Neon! It's my favorite character (I added "it's" instead of "he" because Neon is genderless incase if you don't know that ). Also, try putting Neon in BF's side or the opponent's side (If possible)
