do I need ETH in the ETH mainette as well as ETH in the Arbitrum network?
I had to keep transferring more eth over and I still didn't have enough for gas...
Kudos to all holders of ARBITRIUM out there coz its achievements in blockchain as regards hosting dapps and scaling ETH speaks for it already. I got some airdrop on mexc listing date and that holding has increased in value over time.

With the bridging, you didnt cover what you do in say you have a coin on the ETH network and you bridge it to the ARB network, if it does not have a ARB contract address - how does that work ? does it appear in your wallet somehow ?
It’s exactly what I did in the video you just select the ETH and ARB network and make sure you have gas on both
@@ConorKenny but does the ETH contract address get sent over somehow to the Arb wallet ? I am confused about this bit. In metamask you have to add the contract address in the wallet of a token but if it doesnt exsist on that new network - I dont understand how the bridge token appears ?
ok I gave this a go and decided to bridge a small amount of ETH token to Arb using the bridge, it was excatly as I thought, in Metamask the new bridged token does NOT appear in your wallet until you add the new bridged token address on Arb Metamask wallet, I could only find that by hunting through the Arb block explorers, so not an easy process.
I see what you mean, MetaMask normally auto detects it’s these days, just Becuase it’s not showing in meta mask doesn’t mean its not there. Easiest way is to head to coinmarket cap and go to arb or whatever token and you can choose the contract address on whatever network and copy paste it from there

what do you mean exactly? the point is to get your ETH off of ethereum mainnet so that you get charged a couple cents/dollars per transaction rather than $100+ per transaction. if anything there is no point in the ethereum network.

I hold high respect for your work mate because you’re pointing people in the right direction. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt recently is to remain calm especially when it comes to investment in Cryptocurrency . If Bitcoin can sustain these recent highs, it means we're getting a period of some relief rallies across, markets would be good. The crypto market is unstable and you can’t easily tell if it’s going bullish or bearish. While myself and colleagues are trading without fear of making losses but profits, others are being patient for the price to skyrocket, well It all depends on the pattern you follow. I was able to amass a lot of profits 54 BTC! when i started at 26 BTC by implementing daily trade signals and strategy from Eric McLaren.....
