She’s sings “uniquely” because she sings in that style based on her Arabic/Moroccan heritage and has really embraced that side of her. You can really hear that in the “Prince of Egypt” song, very similar to how she sings to Joseph’s real mom. Or a lot of the songs from Aladdin.

Let me help you here. She uses Arabic sounds effects called ‘Orabs’ in Arabic عُرَب. Very common technique is singing Arabic. She uses it perfectly in the right places. Amazing singer.
