    I visited one of the largest busiest street food market in East Africa, Uganda and made a food tour in the entire market, where I reached to some of the venders in this market and they shared challenges and benefits they have got in this market, since its the largest in east Africa, it provides you with a variety of foods to choose from and if you visit Uganda,Ii recommend to pay a visit to this market because they will give you the whole food experience you will ever get in this world

      We are from every part from Africa: East, West, South... So, from my perspective, I didn't interested to have the DNA test. Coz, I was saying to myself, it's time to talk about one Africa for all africans people, regardless ethnicity groups, religious, believes....etc As you stated, I should be welcome anywhere from Africa!

    Nico, so many vendors in the market, it must be the most popular in the area and with the volume of pedestrian traffic passing through on a daily basis. You blended in well with the people and did what you normally do best, eat everything in sight. The one you shared your food with has a nice smile. Clearly you have recovered well judging from the regular amount of food you consumed near the end.

    So much variety of dishes and all looks delicious. Prepared with so much care! Organic food is so expensive overseas and most is harvested before maturity so loses its taste! So proud of you - so much progress and consistency plus improvement! Folks a plate of food in these types of markets depends on if vegan (cheaper) or red or white meat and accompaniment. Remember to bargain as they’re flexible- price per plate ranges from $1 -$2 max so great deals. Subscribed. Thanks for sharing!

Then issue us all "Free Visa Status." Brother have our sisters there who cook very well learn to cook all the National Dishes of all our African Countries 👌🏿. West, East, Central, South, and North Africa 🌍. That will help unite us as people 😀 once we learn to love ❤️ each other's food... All the food of Africa 🌍 is all our food as Black ⚫️ People. No matter our Tribe, Ethnic Group, or Language... We are only of one Tribe. "THE BLACK ⚫️ TRIBE"..... You should get your cameraman to zoom in so we can see the food as it is about the food

    • @EatingTheAfricanWay
      @EatingTheAfricanWay  Před rokem +2

      I understand you but I don't have a lens which can zoom in....and most times the camera man can't move closer to the food because of other people sitting around and don't want disturbance.....bit once I get that camera lens I need....all will be well..

    Can you be showing each food/plate up close before you start eating it?
    Also, I wish you mentioned how much you paid for each dish.
    Otherwise, thank you for the information. At least I'm getting ideas of where to eat next time I'm in Kampala.

      Not sure where you are located but in such large markets price caters to different classes (income) and type of food (vegan is cheaper). Budget for between $1 and $2 maximum
