The Sheppards (7-21-23)

Jeff and Stacey Sheppard are trying to keep the focus on their son Reed and the Kentucky basketball team, but there is a lot of interest in talking with the two because they were rather successful Kentucky basketball players themselves.
Keith Farmer sat down with both in Toronto for their first interview together after watching Reed start his UK career.

Can we please get a reality show with the Reed family during basketball season (or something similar.) They understand Kentucky basketball, they are both extremely insightful from a basketball point of view and -Stacey's accent is amazing!- both are Kentucky Basketball Royalty.

So nice to hear parents of a Mcd's AA preaching focus on the team first and foremost and good things will happen. Have gotten jaded by the guys coming in and expecting to get 20 shots from day 1 and if they dont they're in the transfer portal or calling in Klutch

Jeff was fun to watch back on the day!! His teammates were some of the best to put on the uk jersey!! Reed had to be a great kid ! I mean look at his parents!!! Talk about a roll model!!! Good luck Reed this year and Go BIG BLUE!!🧢🏀💙
