I agree about not carrying backpack when i am travelling and am in crowds etc. I will use it on the plane as carryon however. My most recent trip i brought my backpack, nylon tote and Senreve Aria from *preluxz* . Nylon tote was used during the day for sightseeing and easily fit everything i needed. Evenings or when i didn't want to lug too much I used the Aria. It can be worn as belt bag, sling or clutch. I have chain strap to swap in if i need fancy look too.

Did you try asking for botox on your hands? It's life changing I have hyperhidrosis and after doing that every 2-3months my hands is not as sweaty anymore.
