@@poorchris sad but true, tmac was my guy I used to argue if him and Kobe switch positions he would have 3 rings, but if we keeping it real and understand they only added 25 more players because the other 50 are cemented no matter what, then you can see why tMac is not on there
I barely watch the regular season these days. Too boring because they just jack up 3's. Anyone can do that. And the players these days don't D-up. I can't remember the last time a team did a full court or half court press in the regular season. #smh I sometimes watch the playoffs because they play some defense.
KG Certified is slowly becoming my favourite thing to watch, simply because it’s pure basketball talk. Just tips! KG is a joy to watch! Love this interview.
My 2 fav players growing up, stopped everything i do to watch this 🐐🐐, s/o showtime for bringing these legends back, what an awesome era to be a basketball junkie.
@@JKirv Dope idea! Both great interviewees.. Also honestly both in my top 5 all time favorite NBA.. I wonder if Mac would get nervous? Lol.. they should be friends though :D
A prime healthy Tracy McGrady was as good as anyone. He could light it up. I had the pleasure of seeing him in person when he was with Orlando and they played the Memphis Grizzlies in Memphis.
Mac, when healthy, had no weakness on offense. Straight buckets on any spot on the floor. Mans averaged 32 during a half court, zone defense era with no help. He doesn't get enough credit for how good he was.
Didn't get his ring but you ask any kid that grew up watching the NBA in the late 90s through the 2000s you better know T-Mac is ALWAYS on the list of players that inspired and that shaped that era of the game of basketball. For me after MJ and Kobe BECAUSE of the impact he had on me to want to play ball and be mesmerized whenever he played... T-Mac is my GOAT. STRAIGHT UP!
T-Mac seems like a really intelligent guy. He's quickly becoming one of the guests I most want to hear talk about basketball. It feels like he adds so much to the conversation.
I disagree. Pre injury he was in the league for about nine years and never made it out the first round of playoffs. So to say he would’ve been a top 10 player all time if he never got injured is a stretch lol
Never heard anyone ever say that he was underrated and I wouldn't either. Absolutely an amazing player who got injured to early but that doesn't make him underrated
T-Mac always been my fav player. Rocked every variation of his shoe growing up. The black or white T-Mac 3's with the blue lines were my SHIT. Even had the T-mac 4's with the little thing in the back that you can pull down and tighten the inside of the shoe! Got a signed T-Mac game worn Orlando jersey hanging on the wall behind me! I was so stoked whet Detroit Pistons got him even though he was older and had a few rough seasons before he got to Detroit. Just seeing him in my home teams jersey was so cool, even if it was just for one season. Love T-Mac!
I can’t believe our childhood heroes gettin old man.. appreciate the legends while they here.. nowadays they some old cool uncles giving out free game.. but these dudes was certified killers back in the day, some real dogs. a different breed. they don’t come like this no more.

Happy to see these two together having a nice convo on life and basketball and especially about Kobe! T-Mac and The Big Ticket Thank you both for your NBA career during the 90s - 2000's era
TMAC was legit! He was showtime everytime he stepped on the court. So TALENTED! Kids these days won't appreciate his smoothness and handles, but just watch some of the all star games where he let loose. . Even the other NBA stars were impressed with his moves!

GREAT interview! Man I wish Kobe was alive. That Highschool to the pros documentary would be so dope with all of your prospectives. I’ll still watch it if it drops tho 💯💯
Great show all around. Two favorites in the game of winners. True and total Respect! Thanks gentlemen. I wish Kobe was still around with you two. Very good interview, KG.
Love this kg and Tmac are on the top of my favorite players list one thing Kobe had over others players is he would not shy away from asking his peers about a move or a way for him to get better
