talking about selective mutism

i know my speech isn’t great, but that’s kinda the whole point of this video. to show what it’s like living with it, and how it affects me. i haven’t seen many videos on it so i thought it would be good to make a video on it. it’s very difficult to talk on camera, but through future therapy i’m hoping things will get better. if you have selective mutism, plz don’t feel alone, we’re in this together🤜🏼
