Yeah, Keith David. Fun fact he's also the voice actor for the HBO Spawn animated series and Goliath in Gargoyles. Been in a lot of movies like The Thing and They Live. Very underrated actor
I guess that's why the new MW3 went in another direction to be more realistic- instead of full WW3 with Russia, its just a worldwide manhunt for Makarov
Yeah but it’s not as fun. The original MW3 had giant city battles, explosions everywhere, a manhunt that spanned from India to Africa, to Europe, and finally a final mission that ended with you bulldozing through Makarov’s army as you plan to ice the man. It was the most bad ass finale one could ask for. The new had none of that escalation that made the series work.
The new story is boring because nothing really happens aside from having your generic bad guy doing something mild compared to other conflicts that's happened in Call of Duty. Alongside that, you get drama from the characters all because of the mild conflicts. They fight Hadir for stealing the gas and joining Al-Qatala to take down Barkov; Shadow Company betrays Los Vaqueros and Ghost and Soap over three fucking missiles and Hassan, which they had before letting him go; and then 141 hating Shepherd for being a dumbass in the last game while on the hunt for Makarov. Same shit, different amounts of diarrhea.
@hilaryobiorah6478 an attack is different than a full on military invasion. 4 hijacked planes is different than over 100 military aircraft lying over an entire ocean to get to the mainland.
They have level-4 body armor, rifles, training, maybe even a few vehicles and air support. I think they can take a few poorly trained criminals who will most likely run before trying to fight them.

Lol, just the title of this made me laugh. Even though it’s not meant to be a joke it was still pretty damn funny. Then the mission name, “Wolverines” that summed it up for me.
Tbh, I think it’s very unlikely either side would be able to easily get air vehicles into their opponent’s backyard. Not to mention landing in Alabama, which would essentially be a self deletion mission. Russia (in my opinion) would likely ally with China since they aren’t necessarily on good terms with the US either. China currently has hypersonic missiles, which unless there has been new developments I have not heard of, the US has no effective defense against as of yet (to be fair the Us military is likely not showing all their cards for security reasons). If this still is the case, China (or Russia since I think they too have at least one hypersonic missile) could IN THEORY (and very unlikely to occur) hit the US with one or more that contains some sort of nuclear warhead or EMP (not sure if they’re the same necessarily so I’m gonna keep the separate for right now). But to invade the US? Very unlikely imo. They’d probably use the chance to gain more ground in the pacific (like taking Taiwan) and/or Ukraine. There’s no reason good enough to invade the US that I can think of. Plus you have NATO right at Russia’s doorstep, so good luck even trying to get NEAR the Us.
@@vixnuu.__214 The same thing also happened to Russia. Putin announced a “special military operation” with the goals of “denazification” and “protecting the people of Donbas”.
