If your bearing has dirt in it, chances are it's complete junk so you really should make a point out of that.
Don't just add grease to a dirty bearing either. If it got dirty in disassembly you should put it in a parts washer or likewise and get all that foreign stuff out before you grease it.

Brp says it’s a one use bolt. I personally used mine three times before replacement. As for the 14 up being double sealed. I just replaced bearings in a 15 Maverik at the last roundup and they were still single sealed. Commander and mav both use sane bearings . So guessing 14 and up isn’t true.

No you have to use a separator with the puller bolt in the primary. The inner and outer on the turbo clutch has a square wedge fit. If you pull the cover and remove the primary bolt you will see the square inner shaft wedged into square hole in the governor cup. Uatv-tech.com has the separator for a lot less than the factory tool. Oem tool is 350$ thinking Uatv-tech.com is 199.

The grease is very expensive. The grease used was cheap grease. In the video I stated the bearings were junk that I was greasing. It's actually a lot cheaper to buy the double sealed skf bearings. You can buy probably 8 skf bearings for the price of one tube of the oem recommended grease.

Pull the cover off. Start it in park if secondary doesn't stop turning in a matter of seconds then one-way bearing is probably the issue. But also make sure the weights move freely in the primary. Have seen them stick do to the bolts surface rusting.

What are the symptoms of a bad one-way bearing? I've got 1400 miles on my '15 Maverick, just going through and doing some maintenance on my machine and was going to grease the bearings like it says in the owners manual, but that looks like a terrible design and I might just wait until it acts up and switch to those sealed bearings.

No but when you say transmission are you referring to the cvt housing? If you are talking about the housing. You can buy a 2" Fernco pipe coupler from lowes or some place equivalent.
