I am a former active duty Marine. I was DEP. I have a EGA.. former Sergeant.

How flexible are they with you picking a date ?
Do they drug test you while you’re in the program or just before you enter the program and take the asvab?
They do it when you go to MEPs, which is kinda during it. It’s the time where you go swear in, they do a big medical exam and all.
can you join while being a junior is high school
Thanks for the comment, and yes you can like attend the program but you legally can’t sign a contract. You could get ahead on training and stuff like that
I’m a junior to u can sign up and do it from the end of ur junior year to the end of senior year I got 8 weeks of school left then I’m signing up
my ship date is september 23, 2024 and im currently in dep and omg am i scared mostly for bootcamp!!!!
Bros shipping the day after my birthday. Have fun man. Don't quit. Remember the first two weeks are the worst so just suck it up is best advice I can give you. Expect no sleep for like 3-4 days you're there. Good luck...
