i think basils photos are just memories, it would be really weird thinking that basil just casually takes pictures while he's currently having the worst day of his life
Wtf? Who can even imagine that? Do you guys really need to speak about it?
Basil: (snap) yep, this one’s going in my cringe compilation
@@doubletrouble5448 *Buries his best friend*
Basil: Cringe.
sunny in the middle of the most traumatic experience of his life:
basil:📸
Damn yall fucked up 😂
9:34 Space boyfriend kind of resembles sunny's state throughout the game. In the hikik route, you can fight him a second time. His theme for the second fight is "You cannot go back" Probably resembling it's too late for sunny to go to his friends. However, Space EX-boyfriend's theme is named "You were wrong. Go back" Meaning that sunny has a chance.
Is it a theory? Or is it a secret? Either way thats a lot of attention to detail (。・ω・。)
38:41 the "You did it" poster right next to the jump rope is very funny in a sad way
Messed up 😭
Feels very much like it's pointing to finger at Sunny once you learn the truth.
8:20
In my opinion, Basil's house's main inspiration is a shoe hanging off a wire. When Sunny first leaves the house, you can see a shoe hanging off an electric wire, which is in line with Sunny's room's window. My speculation is that whenever Sunny went to sleep he looked out the window of his room before he fell asleep
I actually think that’s supposed to hint at a death in Sunny’s family. Usually used in that context, I took it more so as basil is poor therefore he’s living in a shoe. I like your idea though!
I've never considered this but I REALLY like that headcanon.
6:26 - Just a little heads-up, there actually was a TV in the original Tree House. If you inspect it, the description will be:
"An old TV. KEL brought it up here, but was pretty bummed when he found out he couldn't use it."
This is also the same reason why there is a toaster in there! Kel brought it :)
When I think about Mr Outback I feel like his words are more of a reasurance to Sunny. Telling him that other people hide away like he does and form a headspace, that humans have always done this, and that he is not alone. When he says that he has lived for so long, it's because headspace will always have beings who reveal the truth to their dreamers.
I like that theory, it’s nice and optimistic
I would agree if not for the fact that Mr. Outback is gone on one day left. Bc if he is there for reassurance, why would he be gone when Sunny fully commits to falsehood?
Because if Sunny commits to falsehood then obviously he wouldn't need reassurance because that would be pointless. Before one more day, Sunny is still hanging onto the hope that he can maybe move on and Outback is his mind's way of motivating him to fix himself up in reality. But by committing to falsehood, he essentially kills Outback.
There’s a theory that the Slime Girls represent sexual desire but nobody goes farther to give evidence towards it, so here is my add on. We know Sunny was about 12 during the incident, meaning he went through puberty during his time hiding away in his home. His dad most likely left after Mari’s death meaning he only had his mother for social interaction. Saying as he doesn’t want to grow up, having these sexual and other “disgusting” thoughts probably made him feel really bad. So he probably used the Slime Girls as a way to hide away these type of feelings. They also hide away inside Humphrey, and we know Sunny usually resets headspace there if his party doesn’t die earlier so it makes getting there rarer. Sorry if this comment doesn’t make sense, when I have ideas I have a hard time turning them into words.
Also the old tumblr of Omoriboy website shows him on his laptop frequently in a page of porn
@@maddycarterss1137 thats OMORI BOY which is a completely different character from OMORI

The Slime Girls being swallowed by Humphrey after their fight might be representing Sunny swallowing his emotions up, since Molly and Marina have similar coloring to SAD and HAPPY, while MEDUSA's eyes are red, like ANGER. I dunno though.
Given the game was originally going to be about those sort of addictions I wouldn’t be surprised if the developer left in a small remnant of that concept
Omori is an amazing game. The devs put so much heart and soul into it.
If I could change the recent past in any way, I would tell Omocat how long it would actually take for her to develope her game. Maybe if so many people weren't put off guard thinking it was a scam, it would be so much more popular today
You could say they put a lot of HEART and JUICE in it.

57:32 headspace existing since the beginning of time could also just mean it's existed since sunny was born, bc headpsace is his own creation and he's implied to have had it even before the incident
Its possible because in the lost library one of sunnys memories imply that he always had these adventures going on in his head when he was kind of bored
And the fact in the red maze with hellmari and stuff at 42:00 is the same shape as the lightbulb, maybe adding more lore to it or referencing whitespace and the entire idea of the bulb
That’s interesting, I never noticed that
44:20 yeah that room always made me think that black space isn’t exactly below headspace but rather surrounding headspace in general, just outside his conciseness.
I like to think this explains why you find dorothi when traveling to orange oasis. I think the space between the train stations was never actually considered by sunny and so it is just occupied by black space.
When talking about the paranormal, im surprised that you didn't mention the phrase that is repeated when talking about white egred orchids which is "my thoughts will follow you into your dreams". Also im pretty sure she has white egret orchids on her tombstone
Also, Basil has plenty of white egret orchids, and many of Strangers quotes in Blackspace don't really sound like a part of Sunny talking to himself, but Basil asking for forgiveness.
19:53
This could be a reference to Adam and Eve eating the forbidden fruit of knowledge, symbolising that sunny is gaining the forbidden knowledge, and is now willing to remember the truth of what actually happened
Or maybe I’m just reading too much into it idk I’m stoned
You’d think it would’ve happened before the truth segment then
@@spencerdrums9776 listen I was high
@@RhiannonDQ Nah I think it’s a cool idea tho lmao. That’s probably one of the hardest parts of the game to understand for me
but isn't it sunny's head there? i interpreted it as omori's trying to repress the truth even further by eating the... apple..., since eating it gives omori some good stats, making him stronger in his world. i can absolutely see it wrong here, though, just adding to the discussion.
homie rlly got high and said that OMORI was an allegory for the Bible
Just a little bit of trivia. The TV you can interact with at the beginning saying "there's a movie on the TV. 4 boys are walking along train tracks." is a little nod to pokemon Red/Blue where the TV in the house you start at displays the same line of dialogue. Just a neat shout out by the devs :)
i just thought the developer liked the movie STAND BY ME and this was a reference

19:10 there’s a whirlpool that appears in the area before the cave with humphrey. It takes you to the toilet next to last resort
Omori is the game which made me realize I want to pursue game development. It wasn't just the story, but everything, I continued to seek more from Omori until there was nothing left. Those small secrets, small unused content, etc. It fascinated me. It became my favorite game, even despite its imperfections. I haven't been able to start actually developing games yet, but have a few concepts for games I want to create. For stories I want to tell.
Also side note, there's one super obscure secret I ended up noticing back when the game was still relatively new. In the lost forest in the final room where you talk to Daddy Longlegs, up in the top left corner was a Mari. It seems there are resources to be more aware of it nowadays, but back then, I was so proud of myself for noticing something no one else noticed.
Boss is apparently based off the creepy guy in the grandma's basement (the one with a strange vocabulary), as his name in the real world is Tucker, and the beta name for Boss was Reckut.
54:53 yeah no this was the scariest part of the game for me.. those eyes
‘remina’ and the pictures shown during it are a close second but man just seeing it gives me chills
which eyes? i keep going to this time stamp and see nothing i skipped back a little as well, no eyes
@@GayPotatoCosplay At the top of the screen for like half a second. It's the Stranger that's looking down into Sunny's room. I do not like those eyes either
I feel like the vast forest is supposed to feel empty and flat. It is a pretty early indication that something is wrong with the world that we are exploring.
RE: Mr. Outback - It's possible that his comment about Headspace's age could just be a reflection of how Sunny's isolation from reality has affected his perception of time (as well as the general nature of how one senses time differently while dreaming).
Regarding the supernatural interpretation of the game, one of my favorite aspects of it is the implication that Somethings aren't just hallucinations, they're _actual demons,_ perhaps that feed off of their victims' trauma. There's an unused cutscene where Omori faces the Something fight from the true route, and blocks the "Drag into the shadows" attack with Red Hands; the text then reads "SOMETHING drags SOMETHING into the shadows" (iirc) which implies that Omori is a separate Something from the one Sunny saw under the tree.
Wait, where can I find this? I want to see it for myself
@@PurpIexion Look up "Alt Something Omori unused fight" on CZcams. You should find it.
I definitely disagree personally with the supernatural angle as in my opinion, it lessens the message of Omori. Sunny is caught up so much in his delusions that they start to fuck up his mind heavily, and Basil also goes through that to a slightly lesser degree. If there supernatural elements, then that means that Sunny is more validated in his delusions as they can be seen as real which i think the game whole heartedly goes against
I think it's more mixed than that. What makes sense to me is the entirety of headspace and the hallucinations Sunny has are a result of mental illness. But there are parts of the game that I do feel are supposed to be supernatural, like the appearances of Mari in her white dress, the situation with Basil's Grandma, which I think really suggest it.
I love how you've ripped the spoiler band aid off so suddenly lol
11:22 I thought the same thing. Most of the headspace sections feel like filler, but sweetheart's section of the game felt like it dragged the most, especially since it's sandwiched between two really important real world sections. The one good part about that section though is the boss fight theme, which is one of my favorite boss themes in the game.
20:00 I'm pretty sure this is a reference to Adam and Eve, with eating the apple representing how he is starting to accept the 'forbidden' knowledge.
I'm not sure where it was mentioned in the game but... Omori as a character is a "less destructive" form that Sunny created and is a lot safer than whatever before... I wonder what those previous form is
I remember someone theorizing that it could refer to Sunny when he snaps, like when he pushed Mari.
Pretty sure that "previous form" was Sunny himself like it was said in the video.
I'm guessing the "less destructive" part refers to Sunny being actually able to die in Headspace (which would most likely result in him waking up), contrary to Omori who "does not succumb" so it's much harder for him to die there.
Man I wish every time I fall asleep I get super impressive lucid dreams and I'm transported to the super immersive magical dream space.
I always interpreted the piano scene as Hero going into the room just to see the place one last time since it's the last time he can, and then either thinking Sunny was playing it before he got there or bullshitting him because he went there to cry lol
32:28 Omocat pronounces it like Me-Woah
Edit: Another thing a more accurate diagnosis for Sunny then dissasociative amnesia is PTSD as one of its symptoms IS disassociative amnesia (Sunny also meets all the criteria for ptsd)
extra secret: the radio in black space 2 plays recycultists morse code
One more argument for supernatural stuff existing in Omori is that if you visit the graveyard during one day left and talk to the guy there. He'll say something about how the spirits have been "restless all day" and that the "neighbourhood will mourn next morning." Quite obviously implying basils suicide if you've got the neutral ending before
I originally though OMORI was a game about love because my older cousin (who got me to play it) kept laughing at PERFECTHEART in a Roblox game. I thought PERFECTHEART had some very big role in the game. Strange story, but I refused to play it until I realized it wasn’t a love game 😭😭😭
Also at 4:40 I had never thought of that, but yeah, it would remind SUNNY of when he killed MARI.
Reading the footage credit and I already know it's a good video
The man himself
I think all that actually still fits the guilt and trauma induced hallucinations explanation. Here's my take on Sunny's Something and why it stays in Faraway once he moves:
First, i'll explain how ill be using the names:
Something, as hallucinations. Sunny, for the character himself. "Sunny", for the part that wants to remember, and "Omori" for the part that wants to forget.
Now:
Something, as traumatizing as it is, has its purpose, being to make Sunny restless until he finds and accepts the truth.
Similarly to thirst, hunger or fatigue being inconveniences to remind you to keep in mind your limits, Something was there to have some kind of reminder to force him to remember. It saved Sunny's search for the truth, the part of him that wanted to know and accept it. It embodies every reason he had left to search for it.
In other endings, seeing how the event impacts others around him, cause the guilt - Something - to get stronger. It motivates "Sunny", ultimately setting apart "Sunny" and "Omori", leading to the clear confrontation in the good and bad endings.
But in the neutral ending, "Omori" manages to take control at the last moment before Sunny clearly sets apart his two contradicting wants, avoiding the fight just early enough to repress it and keep his desires a mess.
Finally, in the hikkikomori ending... "Omori", has been taking over for those 4 years like in every other ending; but contrarily to those, it is _never_ stopped. The truth is never questionned long enough for "Sunny" to really show up. Without the part of Sunny that wishes to know the truth ever resurfacing, this confrontation has been sealed away forever before it could even start to arise, since it would disrupt the new found "bliss" Sunny has. He has been, and in this ending always stays ignorant of what has happened to others and refuses to even think about it, because he listens to "Omori", the part that is pleased by forgetting. Real world and impact on friends ignored: less reasons to feel guilty.
Something's power on him is therefore much weaker.
And since "Sunny" 's last chance to remember properly and avoid catastrophes was Faraway, moving away without learning anything renders "Sunny" useless. Knowing what happened to others once the possibility of saving them is gone forever (ex:Basil's suicide) would only harm him, so we can be sure "Omori" is now his forever wish. "Sunny" disappearing forever takes away everything that could have been good about Something's reminder, which is saving others and himself.
In other endings, the real world and other's suffering are taken into account by Sunny, making him commit suicide if he fails; that's because others lives are on the line and his goal has become the well being of everyone (else). He thinks his death will comfort them, that or the guilt has now too much power let him live properly.
In hikkikomori where he forgets about friends, from his point of view, only his life is on the line. Doing what is better for him is the only thing that matters. And if guilt get in the way, it is useless. Something, his last resort is useless. And therefore... it dies with "Sunny".
I also think the rational explanation is the most fitting for Omori's purpose: helping realm victims of trauma live with it and find peace.
Supernatural would render all the efforts that went into showing trauma can be solved useless, since the solution would be out of reach from a rational point of view, like: "Your life can only get better if supernatural exists!" and discourage everybody trying to find proven and logical solutions. It could actually ruin their life further by destroying all hope of improvement left; which is the exact opposite of the game.
I'm rather sure making survivors's despair even worse is far from the objective they dedicated several years, a big budget and tons of efforts to.
I hope you can try to see it from this angle, to check your arguments and this game's purpose. Maybe correct your theory, if it disproves it.
Otherwise, change my mind.
43:55 didn't I do it for you?
Your other omori video was what introduced me to your channel so I’m excited to watch another :D
So, I have a theory about what the Slime Girls are supposed to represent, but it's pretty fucked up. I think they are the manifestations of Sunny's sexual desires. This can be seen not only with their design, but also with how rapey their dialogue is. For example, just listen to their dialogue if they defeat you. "Marina: Now You belong to us. Molly: Hush, Hush, darlings... don't cry... You'll get used to your new life soon. Medusa: It's time to take apart the small one. Let's get started, dolls."
I'd like to point out that it is quite common for sexual deviancy to develop in survivors of childhood trauma, and for it to even be used as a coping mechanism. It's also quite common for them to have fantasies involving disturbing subject matters such as rape, violence, and pedophilia, where they imagine themselves as the victim. This would provide context to the violent imagery that is implied by this fight, and also it's especially noteworthy to think about how Sunny is basically imagining himself as a 12 year old while this happens. I don't think it's too much of a stretch given the frequent self harm imagery that Sunny could have a bit of a guro kink going on, especially since the images of his notebook in white space as a lot of drawings that fit that style.
And to take things even further, there's the items you get from them in the hicckikomori route. One of them is a severed finger, which goes with the previous thing, but the other two are high heels and a potion that turns him into a girl, which could hint at some gender identity issues. As for why this is represented by the manifestation of his sexual desires, it's because it's set in the 90s, where most people didn't even know that being trans was a thing, so the closest that one would come to realizing it is through deeply repressed sexual desires, which also explains why he can only use it in the deeper well. As for why this is not mentioned in black space, it's because unlike trauma surrounding Mari, Sunny hasn't even considered this possibility.
sad and underrated, 10/10 comment
Yikes
As nice as it would be to assume the details, I think the only safe assumption is they're a representation of his sexual deviancy, as you said. I wouldn't even guarantee that they're all things he "enjoys" or would identify with, but they might be things he has entertained as a coping mechanism in the past. Same as I wouldn't assume Sunny enjoys killing himself in his dreams, it's hard to describe him enjoying any of these coping mechanisms in any meaningful manner.
i disagree with the gender part
im thinking its because omori was previously supposed to be a girl but omocat changed it hence why you can see the bra in one of the drawings where omori is taking a lil bath
so maybe omocat is poking at it
@@lampy1801 It wasn’t really changed, per se, it was more of a time constraint.
When you think about it, not only are feminine sprites needed, but that also means that almost every single cutscene would require a redraw/extra additions.
That potion is the leftover work that they did have before releasing the game, just for fun.
I offer you an alternative, non-supernatural Interpretation of the truth-album:
The reason why it is all Basils POV and why there is no in-game content depicting Sunnys memory of this event is because Sunny simply has no own recollection of it.
After the end of Otherworld there is a small cutscene of Basil talking to Sunny about "that day" and "Something behind you", and according to Daddy Longlegs Sunny was actually still curious and eager to explore. Obviously he would ask Basil what he's talking about and Basil would recount everything.
Interestingly Sunny check-marks literally every single aspect that is known to contribute to the fabrication of Pseudomemories, aka False Memories.
...I don't think "the truth" is something that actually happened.
But that's just a theory... A GAME THEORY
The creature at 43:54 obviously represents Sunny's borzoi named Pedro
JASHJFDDOFK
The TV is actually a reference of a reference! The *exact* text shows up when you check your TV in the American release of Pokémon Red and Blue.
This is a really good video I’m excited to see more Omori content from you! Also there’s another hint that I think is proof of Spirit Mari being real is that on the second day if you interact with some of the religious people around faraway town they will say that they sense a spirit lurking around. Also just thought I will clear up in the video you pronounced Tako as Tae-Ko just thought I will let you know that it’s pronounced Tah-Ko as that’s it’s pronounced in Japanese.
Another very good proof of Spirit Mari being real was the moments where she guided you through the plank bridge areas and on the night after meeting real life Hero where Sunny runs into Mari playing the piano. This version of her wasn't all jolly and talking about picnics like the one in the headspace but instead talking about how she regretted how things ended up and admitting her own portion of the blame in it, hinting at the incident which is something Omori would never allow imaginary Mari to speak of since it would be distressing for Sunny, not to mention the memories of the event were still being suppressed by Omori so Mari was telling Sunny something he shouldn't know about which is impossible even if he subconsciouly had said information.
And for the cherry on top, moments later Hero walks into the room claiming he heard the piano being played. That shouldn't be possible if she was a figment of his imagination.

To clarify what Levin was saying about Basil Rush:
(SPOILERS BELOW)
When you deplete Mari's health to 0, she suddenly turns into Something Swaying in the Wind (aka Something's final form from the fight at the start of the Truth sequence). At this point, your attacks become useless, and eventually the fight will be ended by a Hellmari jumpscare, and you'll be brought back to before the Basil Rush begins (where Basil abruptly decides not to try the Boss Rush game.
Also the vines attack from basil flickers between its normal sprite and ropes
I love omori so much, and hope to finish it for myself some day, but some of the images are so disturbing I just can't bring myself to continue, without not being able to sleep for a few days. I can deal with dark themes and stuff like that, but contorted and uncanny valley-like faces are just way too much for me

This video made me realize how many symbolic things I've missed and how many references i missed. What a great video man!
omg lets go my fav developer creating a video essay
The toaster does technically have a tiny bit of foreshadowing. A lot of parts of headspace become surprisingly morbid when you remember that "Toast" is supposed to be a euphemism for "Corpses", like how Rococo states he survived in sweetheart's dungeon off of toast... and when you use the toaster it says "You made toast." Which, frankly, is hard not to read as "You killed someone." Funnily enough, if that was the intent with that line, it means, the answer as to what happened is, very literally, staring you in the face before you even think to ask the question.
Man i love watching iceberg videos especially on one of my favorite games.
8:30 OH MY GOD I READ THAT AS A KID WHAT THE
you can warp to just outside of HUMPHREY's room by interacting w/ the toilet outside of LAST RESORT
"i choose to believe in the supernatural, its more fun that way" THAT'S WHAT IM SAYINNNN i don't believe in ghosts or aliens for scientific reasons i just think it would be neat
I believe I may have an answer as to why Synny's memory of Mari's death is in polaroids, is due to Dasil being there. As someone with CPTSD when I have flashbacks, they tend to be like moving pictures, a sequence almost like a flip book. The focal point in the photos is Sunny himself people mistake the hands to be Basil's. Yes at the beginning we see from the bottom of the stairs because that's the only point he can focus on really before he begins to disassociate. "HE started the argument, HE broke the violin, HE pushed her... But she was fine... Just unconscious... Right?" Then you start to bearly see anyone just THING he focused on. Untill he looked back, that's the last part he focused on and it's becomes distorted and thus so is the traumatic memory &it is repressed. And what is Basil's role in the friend group? Photographer, people as they are when they least expect it. Or atleast that was my understanding as someone who's both recalled repressed memories that came up out of nowhere along with my CPTSD
I loved your video, thank you
I love that sequel idea of seeing more versions of other people's headspace
Good thumbnail.
Thanks, I like your videos!
Somethign that should have noted. In black space cloud walk i found someone who was called Big Pocket i think, he was dancing and if you were getting too close to him you actually lose some health.
on the last day you do get a nice teleport to deeper well through the toilet by the last resort. it is a shame you dont get it earlier but its nice still
I've always wondered if I was the only one who really doesn't like Sweetheart's castle. For me, it always felt like it drags on and doesn't really add much to the game. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.
I played omori this year and abouslety had a blast. I love the ost and also I like how the dark stuff are in black space.
21:01 lets be honest, we all know what this represents...
I'm gonna get cancelled on twitter for that
i know what u mean but why would you get cancelled?
58:00 TV tropes calls this "Maybe Magic, Maybe Mundane"
in my opinion i think hell represents how sunny thinks he would go to hell because of the accident
45:55 this area is unavailable on the hikikomori route. It can only be accesed on sunny route through Forest of Stumps Secret entrance to Water Walkway. So the reason these real world sprites are there is because Sunny has seen present day Hero, Aubrey and Kel. Also there are some other stuff in the Water Walkway exclusive to Sunny Route (or abandoned Sunny Route) like the Othermart Lady, who can be seen following the players in the Docks area laughing occasionaly. The other thing is a Real World swingset near the entrance to Mari is Home.
I feel like something that goes in favor of it being all in Sunny’s head is the Recycultists, they serve a purpose to show Sunny’s day-dreaming so I would assume it would stay consistent. The only difference for Basil and Omori being able to ‘see their shadows’ is bc they both know they can’t hold it in anymore.
do you want to know something sad in headspace they never found basil
Omori can easily be summed up as: "Ah sweet, man made horrors beyond my comprehension!"
6:28 There WAS a TV in the real world tree house. In the same corner as neighbor's room too. Kel brought it up there thinking they could watch TV in the tree house only to find out that they couldn't because it had no electricity.

57:42 if I recall correctly I did hear about a mod that goes off of the perspective of one of the other characters (I can’t remember which one though)
in the hiki route you can enter deeper well trough a toilet in front of the casino!!!
I thought "143" could stand for "14/3", as in "The 14th of March". Maybe that could have been the date of the recital?
143 is a number that signifies love, as confirmed by Omocat iirc
Im pretty sure it represents the phrase "I (1) Love (4) You (3)" but that would be a really sick double meaning
The recital would have been in late September (i think), as the final photos in the real-world photo album end around then with Sunny and Mari practicing for it
@@Kestrel342 October actually
My thoughts on supernatural stuff are the same I have for the true ending.
Ultimately, I want to imagine that Sunny's friends forgave him at the end, but also I don't want to be *told* that they did, because it messes up with one of the game's messages, that is to forgive yourself regardless of what happens.
I feel the same way for the supernatural, not just in Omori, but in any story; would it be cool that there's a precious afterlife where everyone will be together? Of course, but I don't want the story to confirm me there is one.
(Even in stories that have supernatural elements, if the concept of an afterlife is not brought into, I will assume that there's nothing set in stone regarding it, because for me, death is way more meaningful when you aren't completely sure what will happen next, if anything at all)
Long Snout = Pinocchio = Liar = Sunny
Thank you for this video! Very interesting. I’m a non-native English speaker although almost native level, but I had trouble catching some of your words sometimes. I would really be happy if you articulated your words a bit more. Perhaps speak a little bit slower? But most of all articulation would be good. The words blend together and it takes me a second to understand what you said. 😅 I look forward to your future videos! ❤

Wow.... Strange how I got the game on its birthday.... Happy 26 days late birthday omori (to the game... That is)
it’s funny you mention “exploring someone’s headspace” as a good setup for a story as that’s essentially what yume nikki and its fangames have been doing for years, with omori taking it a bit further story-structure wise lol
Honestly I find headspace terrifying 😭😭😭
I crushed the carnivore thing and i need to redo the hikikomori route..

Wow, can't believe I've never heard of this game! It looks super interesting :D
Undertale is one of my favourite games, would you say this game is similar? 😄
Yeah it’s somewhat similar, though the themes are quite a bit darker, I love Undertale and Omori is my favorite game ever, so I definitely recommend it
Yep! The difference is that Undertale breaks you, and Omori breaks you even more. :)
This is a must play if you love Undertale.
Just finished the game and there’s so much to do still. But something about taking the hikkomori route just feels wrong. Like it goes against the games messages
Omori Reverie made Otherworld drag on too much which tainted my opinion of vanilla as well so I think Deep Well is best

wait but the treehouse did have a tv... it just didn't work for obvious reasons
