- I’m not at a point where I love my bio hair yet since regrowth so I still regularly wear wigs in ponytails! This is one of my favorite wigs to wear up!

That looks super cute like that!! Here is what happened to me the other day. I don’t typically secure my wigs down, I just put them on and they don’t really move. So, I was going to lunch with a coworker, I put my hair pulled up in the back with a couple clips. It was really back heavy. I didn’t secure it. Yikes, halfway through lunch, my wig had slipped backwards due to the weight of the hair in the back and was about two inches back. Oh my god, I realized it and about died. Went to the bathroom and fixed it. No way she didn’t notice but she was gracious enough to not say anything. Lesson learned. If you are piling your hair up in back, probably a good idea to secure it in the front lol.

We love the wig fix! They are actually a partner of our marketplace wig and topper company Silk or Lace. When we were testing their product we wore it with a wig on a 30 MPH boat and it stayed 😂 That ponytail isn't going anywhere!

I noticed you have silicone strips on the lace to make it look more natural... I thought that the extra thin hairline collection all had a integrated stocking cap to make the same effect???

How many wears if you are alernaiting between others? I feel like I don't get more than 3 months out of my high quality synthetic wigs. I was wondering if it wound be worth spending more for a human hair wig.
I don’t do synthetic but maybe 2 years for my wigs I wear daily to work and several years hopefully for others

I have a larger than normal sized head and it's so hard to find a wig that fits AND looks realistic. I only wear human hair lace wigs now, which costs a couple thousand every couple of years. I don't wear them at home just to preserve the wig. I use the Wig Grip which does the job for me. Thanks for making this video. I've wanted to try the hairalicious wig. Maybe next time I will. I really like the wig I'm wearing now, but it's not as large cap sized, but it's the first time I've ever felt like nobody was looking at the top of my head. I don't even think about it anymore which is huge! I'm wearing Nicole by Estetica which I got on sale. I really love this wig! How comfortable are you with this one you're wearing? I'm sure you know what I mean about that feeling of when people are looking at the top of your head instead of right in your eyes without a second thought. I'd love to know your thoughts on this. Especially the wig your wearing. Thanks!!!
Tammie Parrish Miller I have the same issue with my head size. I find that their are not many wig styles out there for me. I’ve bought long haired wigs and just had them cut to suit me. It’s so frustrating!
I really like this wig! It did require customization since my hair is very dark but I love it. I totally get what you mean! Wigs by Tiffani has lace wigs as well that have larger caps! I’ve tried some of her large ones on and there was a lot of extra sizing. I was so self conscious at first when wearing wigs but when you find the right ones it is a lifesaver!

Do you use the clips in the wig? I’ve found that my topper clips are hurting my head and I’m afraid it’d going to cause more damage to my bio hair over time. Was thinking about getting a wig from hairalicious and this wig grip but was wondering if you need to use the clips with this wig grip?
I personally don’t use the clips
I prefer not to use the clips/combs in wigs and take them out completely. If you’re concerned about the wig sliding off look up the elastic band method for securing your wigs

Anyone here live in a very hot & humid climate? Can wigs & toppers be worn when it’s miserably hot? I live in south Texas where 8 months of the year the temps are brutal and the rest of the year is fairly warm & uncomfortable also. I really NEED to start wearing a topper but I am just afraid that it is going to be unbearable. I imagine myself ripping the topper off, screaming in frustration as sweat pours down my face....
Advice wanted from others who live where it’s also hot please!!! What has your experience been. FYI - I’m 62 yrs old & random ‘hot flashes’ are an every day issue.

@@chhhhana + I watched a tutorial once with a girl who did a great job of that (but it seemed complex) and I'm sorry I can't remember or I'd link you.
you could actually not comb all your hair into the wig grip. rather let there be your natural hair falling off all around including the bottom, tie the wig up and comb all your natural hair into your scrunchy. in that way your wig grip cannot be seen
