In today's video, I packed for my first vacation trip in over 2 years. I can't believe I totally forgot how to travel on a plane. I also traveled standby for the first time, which was very nerve-wracking, because I had to be reaccommodated three times before making it to my vacation spot. Though it was a rough experience, I am glad I finally made it safely to my destination.

Go to the Dr in Jamaica. One thing I’ve learned is healthcare in Canada is not it.
If the visit wasn't so short I definitely would.
Advocate for yourself. In Jamaica it's the same thing, sending for bloodwork, bloodwork... Different different blood work and my husband had to say I want to do an MRI, and it showed what was wrong that bloodwork wouldn't show. Now he's on to recovery with physio.

Go somewhere else. For pain, try a physio therapist. See if you find a good one, too. I have a few issues and my next visit is to try Traditional Chinese Medicine or a Holistic doctor. They do not care esp in certain parts of Canada and us being black makes it worse. You have to take your health in your own hands. CZcams helped me more than these doctors, lol. They are not created equal. They need blood work to get paid too. More visits more money. Good luck! I have more luck in Calgary tho than Ontario with doctors.
