I have a friend who has travelled all over the world and visited Yerevan a few years ago. He recommended it to me telling me that it was ''very soviet''-I studied in the former Soviet Union so hence my interest. From what I saw in the video, everything looks very clean and western. I would like to see it for myself all the same-a shame that there are no direct flights from the U.K.

I like you love Armenia. My Sister has bought a rundown farmhouse which she is restoring. Coming back again soon as most of the restoration is completed. Wonderful people & culture unlike the the UK which is turning into a third world country. Thanks for all your wonderful video’s. I’ve been to all these shops, wonderful!!

The quote in Armenian.

The quote translated to English.
"In relation to the new situation created by the resolution of the Transcaucasus political entity (Transcaucasian Federation) and the declaration of independence of Georgia and Azerbaijan, the Armenian National Council declares itself the supreme and sole authority of the Armenian provinces. Due to some weighty reasons, leaving the formation of an Armenian national government for the next few days, the National Council temporarily takes over all governmental functions in order to run the political and administrative steering of the Armenian provinces.
