Thanks, I just replaced battery at my wife's Vivoactives. Gluing battery with a slice of double side stick tape wont be a bad idea to prevent any potential movements of battery during activities. I will do it before I re-glue the watch again.
Good point! I haven't done it because the battery was sitting tight in place, I figured it should be alright.

I've got it from a local market place seller.
Good video but too much work I'm going to be like the typical American and throw mine away and get another one. It lasted 3 years. I'm going to stick with Garmin though.

As my second Garmin product to have a battery die, and over $800 to replace them, I'd rather try this before replacing. Such a waste in the electronics industry.

What screwdriver do you use? what size? Torx?
@@dmoyast it was a Philip head screw driver, I think it was a PH00 size.
