I listened to this piece " Rather go blind" sung by Etta James, Tina Turner ,Beyoncè and others. Some were great Interpretations In live others in studio , in movies with choruses, with vocalists, with "tears" flowing from eyes with long eyelashes, all certainly with participation according to their soul, but I can say that, at least for me, Beth,especially the version at the Paradise in Amsterdam. with Joe Bonamassa at guitar ,really put a soul, through voice and gestures, which encompasses love, fear, jealousy, resentment, anger and, at the end you feel the sweetness and pain together asking not to be abandoned and, preferring to say that it would be better to go blind not to see the betrayal Love from Roma,Italy.

There's my Lovely Chic and don't mean any disrespect by calling her a Chic . She's absolutely my favorite female vocalist in the whole wide world . The first time I saw her and Joe do this song I literally lost my mind and to be honest with you I never have found it and long as it's listening to her I don't care . Everything she does she kills it. And I watched some clips of a biography about her and she talked about how she fought her way back from addiction and how her husband stuck right by her side through every bit of it and she said they'd been married 26 or 27 years if I remember right . And that's been a couple years ago . And Joe Bonamassa is my favorite guitarists out there today .
