If you get a person to their back with a Turk locked in you can put in a cradle and it will feel like your groin is tearing. My coach showed us this move and I love it.

Very helpful and a different take on the half Nelson Turk. The claw is different.

get your right hand on the top of his ankle and you can crank that heel to the back of his head, great move for near-fall points and wearing them out

Why does it have to be slow?

    • @madwheelsgaming2360

It’s not really slow. It’s steady pressure as you drive up. You have to force him to turn over and that takes time because he will fight you. It’s slow here because he’s teaching the steps to the students and wants to make sure they have time to formulate or ask questions if they need to. In reality, you should be driving through like a bulldozer.
