I’ve heard it’s a free marketing technique. Every time they spell your name wrong you take a photo to share with your friends about how messed up your name is. Boom. Free marketing. Sharing a picture of your drink and advertising that you went there.

Yup. All owned by PepsiCo. For decades there was a restaurant combo of all three in Coronado, CA. We called it KenTacoHut. Several years ago they took out the Pizza Hut, so now it’s just TB and KFC.
In my city Chick FIL a is always packed, employees always friendly and they are an absolute machine at getting customers in and out. I stand amazed. McDonald's food always causes my autistic daughter to have diarrhea and behavioral problems. Could not go there if I wanted to. I once mentioned that to a guy that had managed a McDonald's and had a friend that worked at Chick FIL a . He said that it might have something to do with McDonald's using the oil ( at that time at least) for an entire week while Chick FIL a got rid of theirs daily. My daughter also has no reaction to Zaxby's food.
