I'm here just watching. I have the opposite problem, breast too big and wide. Just watching for the alhorithm. Im fascinated by this. When and if I ever get the reduction, I want to remain full not shallow. Love the look of a full breast even if I'm still "big" after the reduction.
Thank you for enlightening and educating us. What led to the patient's very loose skin? Would it be advisable for her to have the implant behind her muscles? Is it better to have implants behind the muscle or above. I look forward to your response. Many thanks.

That was a very informative vdo ... this was new info I didn't know abt at all! I was wondering if fat transfer to the breasts would work for a patient like this one since implants will not work?
I did a few years ago. Nothing really new in that paper except leaving some lateral pectorals major muscle to act as a sling but it is a very small strip of muscle and most of the pec is divided as traditionally done so I have not really ever been convinced it can provided much support.
I had breast Implants 3 mths ago..and my left breast I don't feel it when I touch it but I feel kind of pain or soreness when I touch it or when my arm rubs it..the other one its perfectly fine no pain no soreness and I do feel it..Is it normal or not I'm kind of worried 😟? I'm asking you for 2nd opinion ..

Sadly, the internal tissue is the same--very weak so an "internal bra" (which is really nothing like a bra, but that'a another story), would not helpful, plus the breasts are just too wide. Unfortunately she is just not a candidate for an implant but it is better to learn this before having an implant!
Ive lost tons of weight now my breast is saggy, skin is very fine and extra skin. I dont want any implants and im fine with smaller breast. I was wishing to see the final result on this patient. My breast are similar to hers.

No fat won't work either--it's the width of the breast that poses the difficulty.

In your main example, what if you used the internal bra product to help support? Why wouldn’t that work?
Dear Sir. I suggest you read Marcelo Ono's paper at Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal about dual plane sling breast implants and mastopexy.

Can she get an implant maybe 6months later once you reshape her breast??
